I am rejecting this response because: Samsung is well aware of the problems they are having with they're refrigeratorsYes it is out of warranty, but the problem that thousands of people are having are caused by design flawsThere is a class action lawsuit pending at this timeA quick google search will back me upI only wish Samsung to admit there is a problem and help out the customers that spent good money on their appliancesa $fridge should last more than yrs

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her refund. Our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with Ms*** today, 5/05/and informed her that the buy-back (refund) is currently going through our review process after corrections were made to the buy-back
(refund) amount to reflect the information in her complaint. The corrected refund amount is $904.39; reference Txt# *** for the unit. The agent also explained the buy-back (refund) process to her in regards to the time frame, what information will be required, and to make sure she holds on to the product until the process is completed. Potential situations that can cause a cook top crack, include but are not limited to:? Heavy object is dropped onto to the cook top.? A pot/pan is dry heated with no content.? Over heated pan and adding a cool liquid.? CleaningIf the cook top is not immediately cleaned from a spill or boil over, the sugars/grease left will cause pittingOver time, pitting will lead to larger cracks.
