I am rejecting this response because: I "disconnected" because she asked me to calm downAfter months on waiting for this issue to be handled I will not calm downShe also informed me that I have to cut the cord to the fridge before getting the refund and wait for up to days for me to receive the checkSo on top of having a broken fridge for months I am expected to go an entire month without a freezer or fridge of any kind and there is no way that I can do thatThey she told me that I could haul the fridge back to the store and exchange itAgain using my own money and resources to get it there for a problem that is not my faultShe also informed me that I would not get compensated for more than a measly $worth of food even though it is of no fault of my own that this company has taken months to fix a fridgeShe then called back ONE time NOT SEVERAL asking for the same exact information that I have already forwarded to this company 100's of timesAnd the same pictures that I uploaded in this very complaintThe very reason I started the complaint b/c they continually harass me telling me they won't do it till you send in the pictures and then you do and then they say they need the other picturesI am done playing these games which is the very reason I contacted the Revdex.com in the first placeI will not continue to send in the same copies of receipts and pictures of the fridge that I have sent in repeatedly and attached to this claimThey just do it to harass and to push my claim out from ever happening.

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** compliant in regards to her washer. Our system shows the agent who handled the complaint spoke with Ms*** on 8/21/and advised her that Samsung will not be able to fulfill her request for a refund for the unit. The agent explained
that the unit is OOW (out of warranty) and she as the consumer is responsible for any maintenance and costs in repair. Regrettably, no accommodations can be provided for this claim. We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim.If there is damage to a device you own we suggest contacting Samsung directly at ###-###-#### so an evaluation can be completedUnder the coverage section of the Samsung warranty it clearly states the
product must be returned to Samsung for servicing. Based on the contact information provided there has been no contact to Samsung regarding a product you recently purchased.Otherwise, Samsung must handle all claims on a case by case basis in order to provide the appropriate solution. Thank you

Samsung has sinee assigned a different repair eompany to my issue and my dishwasher
is now repairedIt is a shame that the only way that they found a solution to my problem was after I informed them that I had filed a complaintHowever at this time my complaint against Samsung can be closed since they did in fact get someone out to my home quicker and fix the problem

Samsung phones manufactured for international use are not manufactured with the same parts as a U.Smodel phone. Samsung USA does not carry parts for international devices, nor is the US warranty valid for international productsEach Samsung subsidiary will only provide service to residence of that country. The item cannot be shipped internationally for repair due to the fact the item will be rejected and returned because of location. The only course of action for resolution is to contact the seller directlyThank you

I am rejecting this response because: I got the voicemail but I was not going to return the call because it was the same conversation I had already had with the supervisor it was just another cliché to try to appease me there was nothing address that was new there's no point in talking to the supervisor explaining the same thing that I talk to him about last timeThe supervisor claim that they can do a warranty on the phone but yet that does not address the fact that the phone from Samsung ruined all of my business contacts for over years photos Voice Mail tax etcNor was there any warranty given to me for a phone that would not even text message I went back to the company *** and they offered no solution to a phone that was malfunctioning that is not my problem when is the I WANT A full refund on phone that was never warrantied

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to the rebate for his washer. The agent handling his claim received a partial rebate form on 2/24/and informed Mr*** that they would not be able to submit the request with a partial form. The agent emailed him another rebate form
for him to fill out and send back. Once the agent receives the completed filled out form, they will submit it to be processed. Up to date, the agent has not received the completed rebate form to be able to proceed with the claim. Please have Mr*** email the form to *** so they can submit the request for the rebate. I know the email I got said the firm left me a message and still waiting to hear back I have been in contact with Elizabeth from SSamsung now times I haven't got the new TV yet as they had to charge me for it and then when I return the broken one will get credit back This should be resolved soon but still open case until I get the TV and get credit backThank
