I refuse the response from the company Their sales rep in the store dropped the phone on the floor several times to show the durability of the phone The phone isnt durable, it had a case on it, dropped from less than feet and is now cracked SAMSUNG should stand behind what the company sales rep are telling people., I want the resolution that I requested, I want the phone fixed for free, Samsung should extend that courtesy to me

Samsung has reviewed Mrs***’ claim in regards to her rebate. Our system shows the agent handling her claim contacted Mrs*** on 4/03/to inform her that they received her information and sent it to the Rebated Deptto be processed. The agent also informed her that if there are
any issues with the documentation that they would follwith her accordingly. Once the rebate has been processed and issued, please allow for 5-business days after the check has been mailed to receive it. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to a refund for his refrigerator. Our system shows a refund check in the amount of $898.00; reference Txt# *** was issued on 6/20/for the unit. Please allow 7-business days after the check has been mailed to receive

Samsung has completely missed the point of my complaint I appreciate that one out of three times wasn't charged to me however offering me the chance to pay for the current repairs is absurd I am very disappointed with the company's attempt "rectify" my issue I thank *** for his attempt to help me but this is not satisfactory! I will not be patroning this company and their terrible products in the future?

I am rejecting this response because: When Samsung Repcontacted me I felt it was only a formality for them . They initially call only because they need to respond to the Revdex.com. They asked me about the case and they mentioned that a refund had been issued. False With them actually approving and me getting the funds is still a week cycleThat at that point of their call I was still waiting for the funds. Yes, A couple days later which had been day once unit was deemed unrepairable and day from initial phone call that it should have been a easier process I explained to them originally when the Samsung technician deemed the unit unrepairable and I made the initial call with the service ticket number they mentioned I would receive a email in to hrs directing me with the process. I asked them the first day on the first phone call if this is going to be a long process I could just buy a new refrigerator with my own funds and I have the ability to that. Which I was leaning towards so we dont have to live out of an ice box they advised against that at least until I get the email reason being there will be instructions on what to specifically do with the old unit. So I waited hrs which turned to days. I told them they had sold me a Refrigerator that was charged with Butane and I should have been warned of that. That it was not a refrigerant. And it was probably dangerous yes I finally received the funds for the refrigerator only . I still lost close to 1k in roughly in spoiled foods, with my extended warranty and roughly in sales tax and a new delivery fee. That I felt after using this high end refrigerator for only months and it having a 5yrwarranty on the sealed system I should not have lost 1k. Honestly they don't care and I felt after explaining to them they still don't care and did not have any remedies or apologies or any idea's that it was a formality for them to call me. Actually was insulting for taking another minutes on the phone even with them calling because they had nothing to offer.

The item was received only after I submitted a separate complaint against Prizelogic, the company that fulfills and sends out the headsetsI was able to reach an *** *** on their end, he had the item reshipped to me after the initial shipment was refused by mistake, the shipper name was not recognized and refused back by mistakeI received it yesterday and there is a six game bundle missing, this is part of the promotionI've emailed ***, the software company, numerous timesThe rep, ***, is claiming I am not entitled to the bundle as I am now with ***She was previously provided phone information such as IMEI number, Mac address, phone model, etcShe then turned around and stated I am not supposed to get bundle due to different carrier, I was previously with *** This was not stated in promotion, I need this bundle sent to my *** account, *** to resolve this

On November I started the process of getting my washer fixed with the current recall of million Samsung washers I scheduled my appt with the website and it was scheduled for 11/ I emailed them on the 18th to verify if they would be coming that day No one returned my message till 11/telling me that my appt would be on 12/ My household is a working household and that doesn't work for us They would contact me the day before with a timeAgain another email was sentI received another email asking for days that would work This recall started in late October and as of now 12/my issue has not been fixed

When contacting Samsung for support products still within their one year warranty period, and without known physical/liquid damage present would be presumed to be repaired without costHowever, if the product is received into the repair facility with physical/liquid damage present the consumer

I have called the number various times, waited on hold endless hours, sent multiple emails and still no responseWith all of this hassle I would like my phone replaced with a brand new one as this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a businessI would expect Samsung would give a higher level of service to their customers as Apple doesIt is a shame they will not stand behind their products and communicate with their consumers when issues arise

I am rejecting this response because:Samsung was well aware of the issue but it did took them a long time to address the washers issuesI have been advised to use on a delicate cycle but that cycle would not avert the danger it will be my choice according the Samsung Customer RepsSamsung did not meet the standard safety issue with its customer to take the proper steps and procedures in timely manner to avoid such dangerI was alarmed of the washer issue since October 2016, the first appointment was given was on December 2016, but he was no show and had to reschedule again on December When the technician came to my house he reinforced the machine bracings from plastic to metalHowever the tech did not perform function checks to make sure the machine worked properlyI tried to use after he left I found out that machine would not drain the water because of another malfunction which was assessed by services provided from different companyThe malfunction was wires harness is not passing down electricity to other components i.edrain pump causing water pump need to be replaced.My request was to refund me back for the non use of the machine from October until December which caused unexpected financial burdenFurthermore, $is not enough to cover down what I have spend out of my pocket travelling back and forth between house and Laundromat, I don't live next door of one$it is an insult for what I spend during over and 1/months battling through customer service located overseas has no sympathy or regret to hang up the phone on youThe rebate offered is not reflecting the fair value market of the brand and type of the machine I purchased I purchased the machine from another vendor but Samsung is offering a rebate of lower grade machine using it as a fair value market
