Samsung won't complete order because of their own terms of sale. I am not sure what to believe on their site anymore.

The $certificate offered for a 'mistake' is not something I see of value being that I have to be wary of the pricing when shopping on the company site. I do most my shopping online and never encountered anything like this. I am rejecting this response because: I'm looking for samsung to provide a dewbuve with no scratches or marks on itI paid $with my carrier to get a mark on the device not once but different timesAt three separate locationsI'm not sure if it's just the silver color giving that issue because when I had the gray there were no scratches or even the slightest mark but I changed it because I liked the silver color much betterSuch a beautiful and expensive device shouldn't come with scratches or marksOnce again I'm not sure what's going on but I had no problems with my past device the sedge
