Based on the repair center’s evaluation of the device, the damage was found not to be in warrantyAt this time Samsung can offer a second evaluation of the phone to determine any additional resolution for this matterA UPS premailer (empty box) will be delivered to your home address tomorrow for retrieval of the product if you wish to continue with this offer. Once the product is received it will be re-evaluated and follow up will then be provided to you. If you do not wish to accept this offer simply discard of the UPS premailer boxThank you

Our files indicate that the customer’s request regarding her refrigerator has been reviewed an additional time per customer rebuttal request Samsung limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty is for serviceWith this being said we are unable to provide any accommodations unless technician deems the unit unrepairableWe only suggested for the customer to purchase a mini-refrigerator as an option to keep her husband’s medicine cool for now while her unit was under repair but also offered her reimbursement for the extra purchase as an accommodationThe customer declined our proposalBased off of our customer service records, we show that the customer unit was recently repaired on 12/17/2014.We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseFor further inquiries, please contact Samsung at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday, and refer to case # ***Thank you

I couldn't find where to cancel my complaint, its been resolved

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim again in regards to his Samsung.com order. Our system shows the Wireless Rear Speaker Accessory Kit SWA-8000S was returned to the warehouse however the product is no longer available on Samsung.com. The original promotional code (valued at $129.99) email was sent to Mr*** on 6/22/to be used towards any Samsung.com order. Mr*** stated that he did not receive the email and on 7/24/17, an E-Commerce agent resent the email which included the promotional code Please have Mr*** check his SPAM/Junk folder to see if the email ended up there instead of in his Inbox. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Thank you

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claimBased on the information you have provided, “When the phone starts there is a paddlelock on the main Samsung screen that is unlocked and says custom android, “ and the description that the phone is locked
into a boot loop it is a high percentage chance that the phone has been rooted. This would mean by some action entered into the phone a custom software was loaded to the device which would change the operating system entirely. If this is the case Samsung would not have the ability to override the software and recover any data. Data recovery would not be an option because custom software changes the entire coding of the operating system, and Samsung would not know the coding installedThe only option at this time would be to take the phone to your nearest *** *** location, and visit the Samsung Experience Shop. Here an agent would be able to confirm if the phone is in fact rootedIf so, again there would be no option Samsung could provide for data recovery. If it is not rooted, the agent may be able to provide minor troubleshooting for home recovery, but we must inform you Samsung cannot guarantee data will not be lost. We also ask that you refer to the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty; Section What are the limits on SAMSUNG’s liability?. Here it informs the consumer that Samsung is not liable for loss of data, also refer to What is not covered?Here it informs the consumer defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by SAMSUNG, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which shall void this limited warrantyThank you

I am rejecting this response because: The last contact I had with Samsung is that they had to get an approval for a refundThe refund is like the repairman I have not seen it yet eitherI do not consider this issue closed until I get a full refund, compensated for inconvenience of being without this TV for weeks and the refund check has cleared the bankSamsung's customer service is unacceptableAt this point I don't trust anything Samsung said.

Samsung tries to accommodate our customers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review. However in Mrs*** case, she was previously advised that the warranty for the headphones were associated with the warranty for the device. Mrs*** received an exchange while the device was in warranty However once warranty expired, no further FOC (free of charge) accessory exchanges can be offered. Regrettably, Samsung’s stance remains the same. No further accommodations can be offered for this claim. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
