I have a student loan with this company, and am still enrolled in 6+ hours which means I should not have payments due I have also confirmed that my school sent my enrollment information to this institution, however, they keep asking me to go to the school and have them fill out a piece of paper for them to hold in their hand in order for them to defer my payments STUPID
I am an online student and don't go to school for classes, why would I drive two hours to have a piece of paper signed for something that was already sent electronically by my school?!?!?!?!

We have mailed our resolution to the customer twice. We have also called numerous times, but none of our messages have been returned. Due to privacy issues, we cannot comment as to the content of the letter here, but the borrower's request has been honored.

When searching for a loan provider, there were a couple requirements I had in mind.
1. Are they going to endlessly harass me over one missed payment?
2. Are they going to actively work to provide me the highest interest rate loans?
If your looking for a loan provider that meets the two above requirements, then Sallie Mae Bank is your choice.
