Joel J did an awesome job!!! He came out to fix our system after hours and was concerned about getting our part as quickly as possible with us having two little kids.

We recently had Roth Heating & Cooling install a new heating system. Mitch oversaw the process at our home. I appprecited his professionalism and follow through. Besides the actual installation Mitch did a great job keeping booties on his feet when coming in and out from a muddy yard, cleaning up and hauling away all the old system. He also kept in contact with us over the next few days to make sure we understood how to run the equipment, even making an extra trip to our house to explain some things to my husband who could not be here at the end of the install.

Dan S. did a terrific job troubleshooting our gas furnace. It was difficult to figure out. Another tech tried but failed. Dan was persistent, got stumped and called tech support for the furnace brand to get help. He showed great humility to recognize when he needed help. It paid off and he figured out the problem. I will definitely use Roth again...as long as Dan is my service guy.

Brandan H. came out to fix a furnace problem with our dual zone. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was very detailed in his assessment of the problem and managed to find a problem with the thermostat and fix it. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Brandan and Roth to anyone.

Jim M. of Roth Heating arrived on time, and completed our Bronze member winter service on our furnace and heat pump. As always, the technicians at Roth are professional, courteous, and thorough. Our Bronze Care package gives us the comfort of knowing our heating and air conditioning system is always running efficiently.

Brett D. came out to repair our gas furnace, which was erratically not heating when the thermostat was low. He quickly and professionally assessed the problem (a wasp partially blocking the exhaust, of all things), and corrected the situation. Brett was excellent to work with.

Damien C and Sean T did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. They came prepared and made quick work of the installation. Service was great and they were very knowledgeable about the new equipment and any related questions. Roth was a great company to work with for this major replacement project.

We are very happy with the speed and efficiency of Roth and their excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. Damien C. was very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. They have now put in both a furnace and an air conditioner for us and we have had no problems with either one. We highly recommend Roth Heating and Cooling.

Yesterday and today, I had a new gas furnace, thermastat, a new electric hot water heater, carbon monoxide detector and air conditioner installed. I have used Roth for 20 years, and have a service agreement, so I didn't even look further for other prices. Due to the lifetime warranty there is no reason but to use LOCAL. No question the service, quality of all the personal and cleanup was GREAT. So, I can't say enough about Garth (who by the way installed my first HVAC 20 years ago), and Mitch, Tim, Henry, John H., Ryan who all were outstanding installers. Thanks so much.

Great to work with. Replaced our thermostat and spent the time to explain to us how it works. Happy with their service.

Rick H, the technician who did our annual furnace inspection was on time and very professional. He was very patient, explained his findings and recommended what needed to be done. We would definitely use him again. Thank you.

One irritation: We specifically told the front desk that replacing the filters was a requirement that we insisted on. This was not passed along to the technician as we had to make an additional request to him for replacing the filters. He had to make a trip to pick the filters from a store since he doesn't have them with him. The front desk has a responsibility to relay customer's request to the service technician. They failed to do so.

Stan S. and his helper changed our water "turn off" valve, from UNDER the house, to a much more accessible place...........right outside the kitchen door ! Of course we knew how to turn it off out by the curb in case of a disaster, but now it will be convenient in case of bad weather, etc. It took less than 2 hours and both men took care not to create a big mess. ( there will always be a small mess?) Thank you *** !

Chris A. did a wonderful job replacing our dining room track lights. He was very customer oriented. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mitch B was one of two techs to come to our house to remove a defective mini-split from another company and install a new mini split from Roth. He and Tony L. did an excellent job, were very communicative and clear about how things work and what they were doing. The installed mini-split is working very well. They carried the old mini split to our storage area and cleaned up their area very efficiently. They both were quite pleasant and respectful, and were careful not to damage any of our property while they worked. They are quite professional and I would recommend them for anyone wanting a professional to install or repair a mini-split.

I love the monthly service plan. Austin B was friendly, courteous, and professional with the bi-annual service call. Well done, Roth!!
