Roth Zachry Heating

Per usual, Roth's were here in a timely manner, were pleasant and efficient. I called for the twice yearly check (heat/cool) on Monday and they had an opening on Tuesday. They are good about reviewing the findings, make the necessary recommendations without hard selling me on other products.

Roth's was contracted by *** and *** to repair their gas furnace. The quote of repairing a fan motor and a gas valve was approved. Candace, the daughter, called the day before to let Roth's know that *** is legally blind and *** has dementia. The technician replaced the parts and also replaced the thermostat, which had not been in the original quote. He sold it to ***, and did not consult ***.(apparently the office did not inform the technician that *** has dementia) Because *** is legally blind, he can't read the new digital format and wanted the old one back. Because it contained mercury it was disposed of immediately. *** would like a full refund, but Roth's will only refund 50%.

Dalin F has services my a/c and heat depending on the season. He is extremely thorough and always gives suggestions on how to operate the systems more efficiently. He talks me through what he is doing with the filters and replaces parts so that I know my system is working well. He is on time, friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend him.

Chris A. the Electrician and his assistant came to my home promptly, and fixed the outlet I needed replaced. Would recommend Roth Heating and Cooling again. We have been customers for over ten years.

Rick B showed up on time. Friendly and polite and efficient. He did the semi annual check on the air conditioning units. Changed the filters and had suggestions on life of each air conditioner. It was done as a FYI, and didn't feel the pressure to do something right away. But gave us the homeowners what to watch for if one of them starts to fail. Appreciate his professionalism.

Chris S. came out when the furnace stopped running. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left us warm and happy. He is professional, knowledgeable, and the kind of service professional we are glad to welcome into our home.

Chris did a great job with the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. We upgraded to high efficiency models with more sophisticated controls etc. He was very patient with all my questions. Thank you for a great job!!

Josh came to our house to take care of our annual cooling system inspection. He was friendly and made sure to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Once we showed him where all of the relevant equipment was he got right to work and took care of everything. A very smooth process overall and it is always nice to deal with service people who are friendly and personable.

We recently had a new furnace installed by Roth Heating and Cooling. Our experience with Ryan in selecting and purchasing the furnace was excellent and informative. The furnace was installed within 4 days of purchase. The day of installation, Sam L. and his intern arrived as scheduled. They were very friendly and efficient, completing the task in a timely manner. Sam did an excellent job of orienting us to the furnace and showing how our new thermostat works. We have always had excellent service from Roth and will continue to use them and recommend them to others

Mike H came out for my semi annual check up. He was on time which is appreciated. He was very professional. Asked if I wanted to replace my Heat pump as it needed repair, and it is old. I said not at this time and he said O K .He did not pressure me to replace it. He was friendly, funny and made sure every thing was back in place when he finished.

I called Roth to fix a recessed light problem. Ken W. came on time . He did a wonderful job troubleshooting and fixed the problem. Thanks!

Sam and Josh arrived on time and ready to work. When they were greeted at the door we were treated to smiles and a friendly willingness to do the job in compliance with our desires. The job was done neatly and completely despite rain and cool weather. I commend Roth for hiring and retaining such quality employees. I give them both an attaboy!
