Just had the annual furnace check per the service plan. Making the appointment was very easy since Roth sends me reminders when a check-up is due. Mike H, the service tech, was right on time. He was friendly (remembered me from last year) and efficient. I am very happy with the service.

We had our annual furnace check up with Roth, and even though our unit is 15 yrs. old, the technician said it's in good shape due to diligent care each year! We realize that we have probably pushed our limits and will need a new furnace in the near future, but we appreciated the good care, and advice, that we receive from Roth.

This company did a great job installing a new furnace for us! They came on a Saturday to try to service our old furnace (which was too old to salvage) and installed a new furnace soon afterwards. Very professional. Ken W. helped us and was great! We recommend this company.

Sam installed our new air conditioner. He was very courteous and explained the whole process and how to file the registration for the extended warranty. He and his apprentice did the job quickly, cleaned everything up and tested the system.

Chris A came to my home on February 15th to install some wall plugs. He was on time, respectful, and efficient. Very happy with the service.

Chris gave us great service today replacing an old outdoor porch ceiling light fixture and installing a new LED DTD bulb. (It was very cold this morning, so the conditions were not the best for being outdoors!) He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, going above and beyond. He was pleasant and helpful, and carefully explained the work. He showed us the poor condition of the old wires and installed new ones. Made us happy we chose a Roth Electrician to do the work.

Electrician Chris A was extremely professional and helpful in replacing our outdoor electrical service panel. He coordinated with PGE, County Inspector, and completed our install on the day promised and at the original agreed price with minimal outage time. We very highly recommend Chris and Roth for any electrical project.

Rick B was courteous and completed the service call in a timely manner. RIck even made a "parts run" and had our system back on and warming our home in no time at all We have a family member with a medical condition and Roth's has always been sensitive to our needs. Thank you!

This company was prompt to help me. When I told them I had cancer and was so cold in my home they got out here the and brought me a space heater which helped a lot and they came out the very next morning early and started work on getting the new furnace in.

Not only was he great technically, he takes the time to explain the situation and make reasonable recommendations to help you make decisions and be a part of the process. Dan S did a great job problem solving an unique situation . Our water heater broke and flooded the gas line to the furnace. Dan was the first on site and he made it possibly for us to have hot water and heat by the end of the day! Thank you Dan!

Had Roth out to fix a problem with my Lennox Heater a year ago, the heater and Lennox Heat pump are almost 20 years old and showing signs of age. Roth resolved the problem, and we signed up for a maintenance program, where they come out now twice a year to inspect, clean and replace filters. Mike H. was the service person this time, and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because of the age of the equipment we inquired about how they compare to Costco if we wanted to replace; Costco sells Lennox equipment. Mike let me know Roth is one of the installers for Costco, and they are more than happy to work with them, in fact they can start the Costco paperwork. Excellent service!

Thanks to Roth's for working us in when our furnace stopped running during the cold snap. Service technician, Aaron K, did an in depth inspection and gave us a detailed explanation of the problem. He very courteously and patiently answered our questions. We decided to replace both the aging furnace and air conditioner. Lead installer, Joel J and crew installed the furnace the next day and the AC the following week. They were great to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Thanks guys for giving us heat again!

Roth's employee John H. came to check out my heating system in the new home I bought. He was very professional and friendly.

Great experience from start to finish...arranging the appointment, the professionalism of Stan (plumber), diagnosing the problem, the quote, resolving the problem and the final bill (the same as quoted!). This was all done in a timely manner. We've had a few other plumbers to our home over the last 12 years, and we've never had such great service. We will definitely be calling Stan/Roth Heating & Cooling again if we need any service in the future!

Tim was very professional, friendly, and explained technical aspects in a clear way. He provided some helpful information also.

Today Mike H from Roth Heating and Cooling came to update and do my furnace system tune up. Fabulous. Never came in without Shoe Covers! Clear and concise in what he said he was going to do and then did it. Then reviewed with me afterword. This was without a doubt the best service ever and I thought previous service was great. He had to slide up into a closet hole to access the furnace in the attic. Filters in ceiling. Just not easy access. But friendly and informative. Well thank you and happy new Year!
