I had an electrical problem of unknown nature and called Roth Heating and Cooling to have whatever the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Roth had someone available much sooner than the other 3 sources that I contacted. On June 6th, electrician Chris A showed up promptly for the appointment. He put shoe covers on before I could even think of asking him to. Chris asked me for the background of the situation, listened carefully, figured out the problem's source was the home's electrical panel, and quickly made everything right again. Frankly, the problem was a case of homeowner (me) idiocy. Chris was not only extremely professional, competent and efficient, but he was incredibly personal and positive. I think Roth is a terrific, quality service company - and that Chris A is an employee that represents the excellence that every business seeks to achieve. He was awesome!

I had used and recommended this company for many years. They encouraged me to sign up for their "Gold" plan. I did so, at a monthly cost of $69. One of the reasons I did so was that "Gold" members would receive up to $1500 credit for repair or replacement of my air conditioning or heating unit. My air conditioner is 15 years old so I requested a quote for it's replacement. Roth came in at $6,350. I priced the identical unit with ***. Their quote was $5,401, a substantial difference. After Roth deducted my $1500 "credit" their price would be $4,850. I asked Roth to match their competitors price and then credit me with the $1,500.. They refused. It is deceptive, unfair and unethical to promote a "credit" when they raise their prices in order to eat up any "credit" that they promised.

Roth Heating and Cooling provides excellent service and it's technicians like Aaron K are knowledgeable and communicate effectively. They installed my new energy efficient Lennox furnace in 2012 and have provided regular maintenance checks on all heating and cooling systems at my home. I recommend them without any reservations.

Aaron K of Roth Heating and Cooling came to our home for air conditioning problem. He was extremely efficient, friendly and professional. He spent time assessing the furnace-and conditions of cooling in the home. He answered all questions we had. as well as him being thorough asking questions of us. I highly rate him as a professional employee of Roth Heating and Cooling. I would use services with them any time.

Tim R. conducted our Spring Cooling check/service today. Roth called with a "heads up" that Tim R. was on his way and he arrived a short time later. He was very friendly and professional. He completed the routine check up in a timely manor and reviewed all the service details with me. I have always had a great experience with Roth and Tim more than continued that tradition. Mike G. & Jared showed up right on time this morning after calling to confirm. They were both friendly and professional, providing excellent workmanship and cleanup. They totally met my continued expectations of quality work from Roth's!

This week, we had Roth Heating & Cooling install a new gas furnace and air conditioner at our home. This was not going to be an easy job, because the furnace would be set on a concrete floor, and the connections between the inside furnace and outside a.c. unit had to extend along walls and through foundation blocks without damaging the clean, white, interior look of our home. Lyle Haworth was first on the scene, and he figured out the best location for the units and the connecting conduits. Then Mitch and Frank arrived, and spent two full days installing the units and running the pipes and wires. All the pipes and wires were incased in a white plastic covering to blend with our white interior walls. Even the wall mounted thermostat was white !
Mitch and Frank did an outstanding job. They worked quietly, and their attention to detail would warm the heart of even the most exacting home-owner. We'd also like to thank Curissa, at the Roth Heating & Cooling office, who took our phone calls, and was always so patient and helpful. ***, Oregon

Garth H. spent a great deal of time today helping us select a new air conditioner and arranging financing, including a discount because of our silver level maintenance plan. He did not try to push us into purchasing a more expensive A/C but helped us with a mid-level unit that provides just what we need. He explained three options for the type of on-off air flow, and we chose the one we are used to, with the cool air coming on only as needed according to the thermostat, rather than the more sophisticated options that have varying levels. He's very engaging, friendly and knowledgeable and we are completely satisfied. We are very happy with all of our dealings with Roth H & C for the past 10 years.

First time experience with Roth Heating and I was totally impressed. Jason B treats his customers with respect and clearly shows that we the customer are a valued asset for Roth. The complete team that serviced my needs that day were awesome, Jerred his helper and Ken the electrician were all quality employees and represent your company well.

Sam L installed a new air conditioning unit at our residence. We were well informed of what would be completed that day. Although it was a long day for him, he took the time to thoroughly explain the unit and how to properly use it. Before he left, he made sure that all of our questions were answered. We were unaware of the fact that our furnace was not to code due to another business' faulty work. He took the time to clean up that area and make sure everything was to code. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and safe.

Mike H was a great service tech- polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. Took his time to explain the service he provided. Very pleased!

We have used Roth Heating and Cooling for years. We are also on their on-going Maintenance Service agreement. They are fantastic. Our last service visit with Aaron K was great (as usual).
