Roth Heating was efficient and helpful in restoring heat. First, Ralph clearly explained my options for a new furnace and checked the area, explaining that I could add an air conditioner, too, in my limited space. The installers, Joel J and Frank, were excellent. They solved installation problems that left me with an extremely better way both to allow the condensation to be removed and to access the filter than the previous installation had done.

Brett A was the representative who came to our home to perform Precision tune-ups to four units (2 gas fireplaces and 2 furnaces). He was professional and seemed to do a very good job performing the work involved. He was knowledgeable about the various equipment units and was incredibly patient in allowing me to ask numerous questions throughout the process and provided helpful answers as well as useful information about the equipment. Pleased with service and experience.

We have been very impressed with Roth both as they installed our AC unit over the summer and again last week when our furnace went out. It went out one evening and Aaron from Roth was here by 10:00 the next morning to fix it. He was polite, efficient, and friendly.

Roth Heating and Cooling's Employee Dalin F. was very professional and complete in his servicing of our heating and cooling system. I am impressed by the timeliness Roth's employees and dedication to their customers.

Roth Heating & Cooling has taken care of our heating and cooling for the last 10 years and that is not going to change. Dalin F was the latest service tech to tune up our furnace and I hope he is the one that returns in the spring for our cooling tune up. I deal with numerous companies and Roth Heating & Cooling knows how to take care of customers.
Dalin is a classic example of the type of person you would like to have working for your company. Job well done!

I found Chris, and his work partner Ken, to both be very friendly, courteous and professional while they were here to do the electrical portion of the ductless heating and cooling system that was being installed. Having worked with many mechanical and electrical contractors throughout the years I would rate them at the very top in their line of work. Roth should be very proud to have employees like Chris and Ken.

Matthew R. with Roth Heating and Cooling did our annual maintenance checkup today. Both the company and Matthew communicated specific appointment time and arrived right on time. Performed annual maintenance, explained each step, provided warranty information that I had requested, and tested unit and output around house. Very professional. Have always had excellent experiences with Roth. Today was one more.

I had Oleg K come to my home to do a furnace tune-up. As a new homeowner there is a lot I am learning about all of the maintenance needs, and Oleg did a wonderful job explaining what he was doing and and why it was important. He was on time, very professional and courteous and clearly explained the findings from my tune-up about optional work I could have done. I received a referral for Roth from family members who were happy with their work and service and I’m very glad I setup an appointment. I will definitely be calling them again to service my furnace and air conditioner.

Aaron K was fantastic! Let me know the evening before that he would be earlier than scheduled for the appointment...arrived right on time! Friendly, professional, and easy to understand when describing my heating system. Also very patient and answered all my questions. The office was also very friendly and easy to schedule with!

Dalin did scheduled maintenance on our furnace and a/C units. He was thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure our units were ready for the season. He reviewed his findings with us, made recommendations on what needs to be updated and when and gave cost estimates. Also, he left everything neat and tidy and even shook hands with my dog before he left! Looking forward to having him come back for our next 6-month inspection.

We had our annual maintenance on our heating system and John H did our work. He was on time, did a wonderful job, answered all of our questions and concerns. We have used Roth for the past several years for all of our routine maintenance and John was one of our best techs. Nice personality and quality work.
