Tommy was affable, thorough, and informative. He is a very professional service technician.

Shawn did a great job of diagnosing our strange plumbing problem and explaining the different levels of repairs and what might work best. He also recommended some things to do for maintenance to make our system last longer. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Jim M. was very friendly, explained things clearly, and worked efficiently. Took time to check with another tech about air filters. He let me know that my crawl space was clean, no signs of pests. Took a picture of the new surge protector so I could see what it looked like and where it was located.

Bob S. went above and beyond explaining the HVAC system in our new home. He carefully performed the service check of the system, showed us how to change the air filter, and explained the zoned heating/cooling. We were fascinated by the internal workings and the safety shut-off controls. Thank you so much from two grateful elders!!

Brett A. arrived this morning to do an annual service of my home heating system. He called ahead to alert me of his arrival, showed up on time, did the tuneup quickly and professionally, and reviewed with me the work he did and discussed the condition of my furnace. I appreciated the time he took to explain what he found with each major component of the furnace and the photos he used to illustrate me what he was describing. His was the most thorough equipment review I’ve had in the past ten years. I definitely will continue to do business with Roth Zachary Heating.

Joel came out today to do my maintenance, he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely request Joel again.

Tommy was our service tech today. Nice guy, explained everything, made short work of our problem. Explained all of the homeowners quick fixes and maintenance items. Highly recommend him and Roth.

Jim did a terrific job of inspecting our heating and cooling system that was installed about a year ago. Very professional and courteous. The small touches of introduction, wearing shoe covers whenever entering our home and answering all my questions.

The service was extensive, carried out in a professional manner. Roth personnel are always courteous and oriented for customer service.

Ron did a great job in really good time and I appreciate the stress relief! I am happy to know about a person to call for plumbing problems and according to my daughter, for garbage disposal electrical shorts !!

The service technician was very thorough in performing the maintenance check on our cooling system. When he was through he took time to go over items/components that were wearing out and that would will need to be replaced when they fail in the future along with cost estimates of those future repairs. He also alerted us to the fact that our system's cooling fluid will no longer be manufactured/sold after 2020. So we would need to evaluate whether or not to make future cooling system repairs or choose to replace the cooling system. We appreciated this information so that we could plan for these future expenditures. We were very satisfied with Roth's maintenance visit.

They were great! I appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient they were. They answered all questions and explained in detail all work done. They put our last company used to shame. I will recommend Roth from now on!!!

Brett was awesome! We’ve had a few techs over from other companies trying to help get our HVAC system in order. Boy am I glad I got a second opinion this time. He was able to diagnose and explain exactly why the ongoing issues are happening and fixed it same-day! I’ve never had this level of superior service before. And Roth’s is much more organized than any other I’ve worked with., clearly outlining what would be happening from the start. I’m a new loyal customer.

Wow, companies just don’t provide service like this anymore. From the very beginning consultation to the very last sweep up, every crew member at Roth was very thorough, friendly, and patient with my questions. They arrived on time, finished the project earlier than expected, and seemed to have fun with each other on the job. At one point, I think there were eight technicians working on different aspects of the project.
I tried to catch all the names but sorry if I missed anyone. Thanks Garth, Jaden, Tony, Josh, Jonah, and Sam! We look forward to more great service from Roth on our future maintenance visits.

Joel J. serviced our air conditioning because it quit working on a pretty warm day and due to a medical condition I have to be in a cool environment. We had just had the system serviced so we thought all was well. Joel found a shorted wire and the air conditioner had not been “cleaned out” so that it could run efficiently. He repaired the wire and then cleaned things up (which the first gentleman should have done). All is well now - we’re grateful for Joel’s quick response to our needs and for performing his job in an outstanding way!
