Why anyone would use any company other than Roth is beyond my comprehension!!! I have used them for years for maintenance and actually for a new heat/ac system several years ago. I have never had anything but the best service and service personnel from any company for any type of home service.

We have been a customer of Roth Heating for many years. I had always requested Dale before he was no longer available for residential service calls. He was always the very best! Jonah and Elyle arrived to do my service call this morning. I am very happy with both Jonah’s professionalism and ability to address the concerns that I had. I definitely will be requesting him to do my service calls in the future! Customer service is very important and when your company can provide that along with product knowledge, you are providing the very best for your customers!

I have been a past customer of Roth and I will continue to be one in the future! They continue to exceed my expectations for their customer service and professionalism. Their service technicians Talesha and Dan were very customer oriented, courteous, and professional in the services they provided. Clearly to me Roth knows the value of their customers and how to treat them.

We are on a maintenance contract with Roth and our 6-month checkup was due. Since I was home due to ankle surgery, we went ahead and scheduled the visit. Roth had explicit instructions regarding entering our home due to my incapacitation and the reps actually received the information. Roth sent both a male and female team, said female in training. The “team” might have been a coincidence, but truly set me at ease. They did the job efficiently and recommended, but did not over push, some items which may preclude major maintenance requirements as time progresses. We’re very pleased with Roth.

Tommy was completely professional and knowledgeable. He explained in excellent detail all he was doing and testing. He resolved my "concerns" completely. I will always look to Roth for my HVAC needs.

David, the technician from Roth’s, was very professional and explained what he would complete in the maintenance service call and reviewed with us when the work was completed.

Roth’s dispatcher called the day of to confirm our appointment and provide an ETA for the technician. Matthew arrived ahead of schedule, checked in with me, clearly explained what he hoped to accomplish and how long it would take, then proceeded to work on my system immediately. When finished, he summarized what he’d accomplished and made some recommendations before asking for my signature on the service order. Matthew was polite and professional throughout his visit. I recommend Roth’s highly for your heating/cooling needs!

Been a customer for 7 years, the Technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. We always appreciate their thorough review of our heating and cooling system. Nichelle was on time and respectful of our home. Would recommend her to all customers.

My service technician, Jonah B, was extremely professional and efficient in servicing my two furnaces. He identified a significant problem in one of the furnaces and took multiple pictures of the burners inside to assist in my understanding of the situation. He provided a cost estimate for replacing parts as well as arranging for a quick review of the cost of a new furnace vs. repairs, having his associate, Garth H, come to my home to review the situation, discuss repair vs. replacement options. Jonah was also empathetic as I voiced my surprise and upset at this unanticipated event with a ten-year old furnace and the financial impact of its replacement. Both men were here until well past normal work hours to assist in quick replacement of the problem furnace. I highly recommend Jonah, Garth, and Roth Heating and Colling.

Jim was professional, efficient, informative and friendly. We've been impressed by all the technicians who have serviced our heat pump in the past. They have all been punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. Roth is a great company and has excellent employees. We are very happy we have them to help maintain our equipment. Highly recommend Roth Heating and Cooling and hope Jim can come back again next time to service our heat pump.
