Enjoyed meeting Jonah today. He came out to do the routine maintenance on our furnaces. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and explains the process and findings in great detail, however, keeping it easy to understand. He also made some Great recommendations which we are considering. All in all, I’d give him a 10! Not sure what he could have improved on! We’ve always had a great experience with Roth Heating!

Tim did his usual fine annual maintenance service! I appreciate the fact he takes time to explain to me different aspects of what is going on with my furnace and air conditioner as well as making recommendations for what’s ahead. He has also willingly helped me with a few personal chores such as setting my clock which is too high on the wall for me to reach. By requesting him to be the one who comes out regularly, we have come to know each other. I value his expertise and friendship. I look forward to seeing him twice a year.

Good service on a 6 month old heating system - easy job. However, attempting to sell us new electronic air filtration for a new unit was pushing it a bit. The Tech was pleasant and personable.

My service technician Jonah was wonderful! My furnace needs a couple parts replaced or cleaned further and we are all set for that appointment end of January! He was able to save me some money for that appointment by getting it scheduled now! I really appreciated his work ethics! I love being on Roth’s twice a year furnace plan!

Every time Roth has service our furnace, their service people have been exceptionally polite and considerate. They have always taken the time to make sure we understand the service they've performed, what service in the future we might need, and when there are options, they've always made sure we understood the options and what the short term and long term costs would be for each one.

During our last service, Jonah B. made a lengthy trip to make sure we got our maintenance service on the day scheduled. He was personable, polite and professional as all Roth Heating service people have been.

Jim M. arrived on time and conducted the scheduled maintenance check of my furnace and heat pump this morning. I'm happy to get this done before the really cold weather sets in. I've been happy with Roth's maintenance service. I haven't had any emergency calls since I signed on for this routine service. Jim suggested some enhancements for my heating/cooling system which I am considering. Thank you for your efficient and courteous service.

Tim S. from Roth Heating & Cooling arrived as promised on 11/8/2019 in the afternoon. Roth let me know approximately when he would show up and Tim was on time. Tim inspected my gas furnace and electric heat pump and found no apparent faults or diagnostic issues.

My complaint was that my system was not providing adequate heat when called for. Example: intermittently, when my thermostat was set to 70*, the house would not warm to more than 64*.

I noted that I had gotten a new Ecobee smart thermostat via PGE last in December of 2018. Tim deduced that the thermostat settings were configured incorrectly by the PGE tech who installed it. Tim resolved my issue by resetting the Ecobee threshold setting, which calls for auxiliary heating, from 35to 45*. This seems to have resolved my issue. thus far as of 11/13/2019.

Called them out to replace a thermostat that is under warranty. They wanted to charge me $550 to REPLACE A WARRANTEED PART! Needless to say, I declined. I have used Roth in the past but will no longer. As a landlord with 10 rental homes someone else is going to get my money.

Just had Heat Pump and furnace check. The entire process from the appointment, scheduling, the maintenance check by Service Technician Matthew and follow-up was all well executed.

Matthew patiently and thoroughly explained things and answered my questions.

This is why we use Roth for our HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs.

The technician was knowledgeable and took it upon himself to not only perform a high quality semi-annual inspection and cleaning, but to educate myself regarding the proper function and care for the total HVAC system.

He makes sure my questions are answered and that I understand everything thoroughly. I have used Roth for ~8 years and will continue to use them. Great work again!

I’ve had my new heating and cooling system for almost two years now (purchased through ***). I’m very happy with the Rheem furnace and heat pump. It’s efficient, quiet, and keeps me warm all winter long. I especially like the WiFi enabled programmable thermostat. I can turn my heat up before coming come from vacation and the house is warm when I get up at 7.
During the time I’ve had my new system, Roth has serviced it regularly. All their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and trained well to provide good customer service. I’m a member of their service plan which I like because I pay a small amount monthly so it’s easier on the budget than having to pay a large amount once or twice a year for service.
I highly recommend Roth.
