Rick B. has been our tech on several occasions. I really appreciate that he covers all details and cuts no corners. I trust what he has to say when discussing replacement parts or an upcoming new system. Thank you Rick!

Ryan explained the small plumbing problem we had and provided a few options to fix it. We went with the most efficient way to fix it which cost more but it was the right way to do it.

As past experiences with Roth, Ryan was friendly and got the job done quickly.

Roth has consistently been excellent. We have used Roth for many years and have never had a bad experience. Nick came out to us for a furnace service on our 32 year old furnace. He gave her a thorough cleaning and exam and then presented us with a variety of options going forward. He was personable and polite and really took the time to do the job right. I will continue to use Roth every time we need HVAC servicing and when we eventually will need a new furnace.

Josh S has been my "GO TO" Tech for a very long time. It is because he is very knowledgable, thorough and an extremely nice person. Everything is kept in pristine condition and we discuss anything that needs replacing. I trust him and that is important. :-)

Talesha was the tech that came out and serviced our new gas furnace. She was very professional, explained what the service would entail. Cleaned up after her work was done. Very happy with the service. This is our second gas furnace maintained by Eastmans, now Roth Heating. Happy Customer !!!
