 with all the aggravation  I had to deal with rosegal I find it best not to do business with  this company--never have I had to deal with so much garbage in trying to purchase a product---it would have been easier to talk with someone instead of  dealing with their "tickets" that they have to resolve issues

I recently ordered a blouse, product number, **SSN**, from RoseGal, and was very pleased with the material and the fit. I liked the customer service, and free shipping. I will continue to order my blouses from this company. I am satisfied with the blouses that I have already received, and, the ones that didn't fit me, they have refunded me my money. Thank you for shipping the orders so quickly.

I have made an order to Rosegal.com over 38 business days now. I still have not received my package. I have also placed 3 tickets to request tracking for my package and have not received anything back. They state they will get back to you in 24 hours, and I have never gotten any feedback back, ever. I plan to request my money back soon if I don't receive my package in the next week. This website has no organization and no respect for it's customers.

In your response sent via email, that as sent nearly two weeks ago, you indicated that my order had been shipped and would be received in short order.  You received payment for the merchandise nearly 50 days ago, yet provided no evidence of delivery (i.e.; tracking number, etc). In the modern age of ecommerce, your organization has failed miserably to meet reasonable consumer expectations.
It defies all reason that a sweater that you received payment for nearly three calendar months ago has not been delivered. Are you waiting on a sheep to grow wool to be sheered and loomed? Did you strap the order to the back of a lazy turtle and expect it to swim the order across the sea??? Because neither suggested practice has yielded delivery of the order for which I have made payment to your organization.
Your "word" noted in your email response is not good, your business practices are shady at best and I have engaged the American authorities - in the form of the Revdex.com - to intervene in your fraudulent business practices.  
Issue a refund immediately to prevent any further legal action. There are a great many opportunities via social media to communicate to other American consumers how fraudulently you practice business.  It is in our mutual best interest for you to refund the full amount that I paid you immediately, in good faith, several months ago...and I will consider the matter closed.

Awful company. Clothes are cheap & fall apart. Their customer support page guarantees a response within 24 hours, but you will be waiting for weeks between each email exchange including the original response. Never order from them unless you like throwing away both your money & your time.

Do not buy from this company. They do not like to do returns on items that do not fit. We have tried on several occasions to get ahold of these people and they do not reply There Items are cheap made.
