Buyers beware!!! I ordered a product from this site. It took two months to arrive. I Contacted their "customer service" numerous times without any reply.
When the product arrived it looked nothing like the one online and felt like the fabric of a cheap Halloween costume.

this has NOT been resolved at ALL!!!  I returned this package via [redacted] to the address of origin on the package as that was the ONLY address I had!!!  Rosegal FINALLY responded to me AFTER or VERY close to their allotted return period!!!   I feel they are not as APOLOGETIC as they state!!!   I have been indunated with tons of "red tape" instead of just offering a refund. they offered me a refund of $50 less than HALF of the amount I paid for the items I received that were sadly of ATROCIOUS quality. As I have previously stated I have yet to see a favorable comment or remark on this company!!  I am APPALLED they think it is okay to take advantage of people the way they do!!!  MOST of the remarks state that either the customers didn't receive their items or did and they barely fit a child OR REMOTELY resembled the photos they post!!!  This company should be earmarked as a SCAM company!!!  I have seen MANY comments that say they are a SCAM!!!!   Their customer service also comes under attack in the many comments I have read!!!  I WISH I had read these BEFORE ordering!!!!   They have HORRIBLE customer service!!  I feel SORRY for ANYONE who thinks about or actually orders from them ESPECIALLY for Christmas !!

Also, they email they send for me to respond is a "no response" type email. This company is a fraud and I have seen many complaints on Face Book. Wish I had seen them before ordering. I recently placed an order and paid for expedited shipping (3 - 7 business days). After the 7th day I contacted the shipper and they stated that they were told by Rosegal that my package had a 7 - 10 business day window and that I needed to contact Rosegal. When I did, they blamed the shipper and will not refund me for a service that I did not receive.

I have received very good customer service and I am very satisfied with there products. I have almost 40 orders in 2 months and over 100 items.

I received your notification that the complaint had been closed as I had not responded. I was waiting to update the complaint as I had received further correspondence from RoseGal. I was also unsure as to how to update this on the website without marking the complaint as resolved.
RoseGal have apologised and offered to re-send the items free of charge. I accepted this offer however they then offered me a full refund. I informed them that either solution would be acceptable to me but I needed clarity on which it would be. They stated that the balance of my order had been refunded to my [redacted] account and it should be received in 5-7 days. This period has elapsed and I have received no such refund through [redacted].
As such I would be grateful if you could re-open my complaint.

Rosegal has stated that they resolved my complaint.  Their resolution was simply an email stating that they sent the package out but are willing to refund my money.  I have not received a package or a refund.  Therefore, I fail to see how this can be considered a resolution.  When either one, or both, appear, I will consider it resolved.

This company advertises false shipment claims and product quality. Email received stated 1 of 2 products was shipped, the other to be shipped later. Shipping took at least twice as long as advertised, product shipped was not what they stated and was of very poor quality. Contacting the customer service department is not possible due to rerouting and error messages. I have never received my "shipped" product.
