I ordered 4 clothing items on a size I normally order and what I recd was almost 2 sizes too small. To return the items I, the buyer is responsible to all return costs...and that was all I was told.

I finally received a response from them saying that I had to wait for the rest of my order to arrive before I could return. They have a 30 day return policy and the order has arrived in pieces (weeks apart from each other). By the time I get all the items it will have been almost 30 days since the 1st delivery. It has taken so long to hear from them/get all items, that I worry they are going to tell me it's been over 30 days. They have failed to provide me info needed to return the items that I've been sitting on for the past month. There was no indication that items would be coming from another country. It's probably going to cost MORE money to return the items than it was to actually purchase them. Im not convinced this matter will be resolved. They have YET to provide me with return info. Also, lets not forget the customer service number and "live chat" is a farce.. I usually only buy things on line from big companies and I can honestly say I thought this was a legit company.. I would like to see what happens before I close my complaint. Thanks!
