The business responded to me via email on 12/**, over a month after my initial inquiry. They asked me to take a picture of the item that I received and to tell them the item number. They did not address the other two items that I ordered and paid for on 10/** and still have not received as of 12/**. My initial inquiry to them was about tracking my order and they did not answer this. The other issue was that I ordered a sweater and received a different item, a shirt that did not resemble what I ordered at all. I have not yet responded to them since their response time takes so long. The bigger issue is that I paid for four items and have only received two after two months. They have not addressed this bigger issue. Two items are still missing.

I ordered 2 tops in September. One arrived in a timely manner, the other took over 2 months. When I finally figured out how to contact customer service (Live Chat on their website) they were rude and unhelpful. Their sizing is way off. I ordered 2 sizes larger than I wear and the tops were still way too small.

They are using other high end magazines - pirating their pictures of clothes that are not anywhere similar to what is being sent out. This is complete and utter fraud. I didn't even receive a statement in the package.
