This company is a SCAM! They do not follow their own policies. Their #1 return policy listed on their site says "1.You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you." THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN POLICY. They do not send the same items as described when you order them. ALL their items are sized for children yet they sell the clothes as "adult clothes". The person who responds, Benny, is VERY RUDE & PATRONIZING. He refuses to respond to my credit card company directly & is telling me "calm down" & "wait for 2 months until the dispute is closed". There are HUNDREDS, maybe even THOUSANDS of identical complaints on their [redacted] page of people NOT receiving their orders, not being refunded, receiving clothes for children, receiving unfinished or sloppily stitched clothing, etc. This company does not follow their own policies & they are CLEARLY scamming & frauding anyone who purchases from them with the misleading pictures of the clothing you think you are ordering.

Rosegal says they are not in control of shipper needing unwanted items shipped to China , nothing they can do about it. Nice company. I'm not going to be out of pocket for more money when the refund now stands at about $ 45 . Thanks for nothing and I remain dissatisfied but I no longer have any time to deal with you or them and flop needles**mails back and forth for no apparent reason.

There is no customer service...The phone number on the site doesn't work..you are sent to a website that doesn't work either. They don't tell you until after you give your credit info that the shipping may take 15 to 30 days. You have to email them and then you get an automated reply. Two blouses came..One had spilled coffee on it and was small enough for a child to wear..though I ordered extra large.. Same with the other. The one blouse is so wrinkled it looks like it was in a damp hamper for a few years. No washing instrucitons/no materal identified...nor cleaning instructions..Dissapointing . . worse than that. No manufacturer name...anywhere. Buy ON THE BLIND.... Will try to iron out the wrinkles and donate it...It is nothing like the picture..Cheaply made...some sort of rayon blend..NEVER will do business with the again...How can you do business with a company that is a ghost ?
