I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I've paid in good faith in advance for items with the expectations that I would recieve all that I ordered.  These items were ordered almost two months before Christmas because some of the items were supposed to be gifts.  Since I never recevied but one item and then began with constant emails back and forth never was there a toll free line where I could speak with a representitive or manager .  I was told that I had to contact post office, ask my neighbors , my family if they had any knowledge of packages that were supposibly delivered.  I did follow through with all directiions that were given to me and then responded back with the information that no packages were ever delivered at my address and or waiting for me to be pick up .   I was then told that there could be nothing done till Feb **, 2016,  I then received an email telling me that they were very sorry for the inconvienence and they offered to resend my package but I would have to pay half of the total which I had already paid and additional $116.00 dollars since they were not responsible for my lost packages .   The reson why I ordered online was to avoid the hassles of shopping during the holidays but now I'm out $244.00 no gifts , its Feb.2016  Christmas is long past , I've done all that was asked of me to do in order to find my packages which I feel is there responsibility not the consumers and now there offer is to pay additional monies twords packages that were never recieved, why so they can be lost again ?  and again I lose my money ?  This is the worst experience I've had with online ordering.  I do not have money to throw away I want my refund and do not want the merchandise any longer. One last question I have is what guarentee is there that the second time around the package worth $233.00 would actually make it to my front door if all items were lost on the first attempt.  Does not make any sense to me.  I just want my money back and do not want to have to deal anymore with this company .

I ordered from Rosegal.com and never received my order. They only refunded 1/2 of the money since after tracking it - they sent to the Netherlands and never made good on sending the order. I waited 5 months. They told me it was my fault that I did not purchase insurance..............TOTAL CHEAP CLOTHES AND DO NOT SEND ITEMS.....

There is not resolution with this company. All they do is drag their feet. I have told them multiple times to give me my money back and they think it's a joke. I'm tired of this. They need to pay me my money back. They're thieves, leeches, freeloaders. They'll never refund your money or give you your merchandise. I shouldn't have to go through this because of their fraudulent business

SCAM! DO NOT buy anything from this website, and honestly, I would like to see this site SHUT DOWN! I feel awful that the items I purchased were probably hand sewed together by a child in China. :( The look of the website and models is so deceiving, it looks like a legit US company. But it is not. I paid for one item I never even received, another item is supposed to be a dress, but is a shirt, and the other item is very much for a child as well. I'm sending my feedback to [redacted] and asking them to stop marketing this company as they are fraud.

I told you I would remove the complaint when all the money was refunded and it was not. this business is real [redacted]... tried to return item on my first (and last!) order, got answer from their customer service, telling me to call a number. Number keeps saying (with not even an announcement of the company) leave a message, of course, nobody ever called back, I just called and got 'the Magic Jack' customer is not available! the mailbox is full!
