This company continues to send condescending letters lying to meThey continue to claim that they sent me information over these yearsShe even made a snarky comment about me signing loan agreementsWell of course I did, and I thought all the loans were paid off when I consolidated in Had they properly sent me notification that I had loans with them still, then I wouldn't be questioning themThey sent me printed copies of my "interest statements" months ago, but this proves absolutely nothingThis proves their system generated a statement and they have it on fileI have been working in the financial industry for years, I know full well the system generates statements no matter whatHowever, delivery of such statements are not guaranteedJust because a file is generated does not mean this company ever made any attempts to mail it to meI am saying countless times I received NOTHING from them between and The ONLY time I received any notification from them was when I discovered them on my own credit report and began paying in I find it interesting that after all these years, the only time I hear a word from them is when I payIf they want to pretend my email sent it to spam, then that doesn't explain that I get the statements nowI've had the same email for years and get all my other student loan emails from fedloan.gov
*** *** (Navient) is a scamThey are lying to me, and continue to send condescending letters telling me that statements were sentThey have absolutely no proof of thisI reject this letter and I refuse for this to be marked resolved while they continue to lieIf they continue to refuse to negotiate the interest based on their poor and sneaky practices, then I want the Revdex.com to notate it that this is an unsatisfied and unresolved case
I dealt with *** *** in 2007/when I felt they had very bad lending practicesI immediately went to fedloan.gov and consolidated my loans to get rid of *** *** for goodThey were sneaky enough to code one of my loans as a "private" loan so that it wouldn't be consolidatedAs far as I knew, my loans were done and over with for *** ***And without any form of contact from them in years, I had no reason to think otherwise

I was contacted by a representative named *** on 8/4/in reference to my eight federal loansHe stated that he sent an email to the credit reporting department and they advised him that the initial reporting of being days late in October was accurateI explained to him that I did not receive any notice regarding this and how could I be days late when my credit report clearly shows my accounts current prior to October? He stated that Navient does not report and day late payments and after reviewing my demographic information, my home address, telephone number, and email; were ALL incorrectHe had to update my information over the phoneI explained to him that the late payment should be removed from my record because I was never notified that my accounts were past dueI also spoke to another representative named *** regarding my two private loansI stated to him that I am paying their collection agency FAMS $200.00/month and I do not understand why my account shows that I have missed paymentsHe confirmed that I was on a payment plan and he doesn’t know why Navient’s records still shows that I missed paymentsHe stated that I was not the only customer to complain about this however there was nothing that he could doMy account will continue to show that I’m not paying even though I amI am not satisfied that my credit report will continue to have this blemish for my federal loan when it is clear that they didn’t even have the correct contact information for meI am also not happy that my private loan account says that I am past due when I’m on a payment planThis is the most upsetting and frustrating process and I am going to look into other avenues to correct the situation since Navient refuses to correct this error
