I have
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I, *** *** do not accept the response. The man that called gave me unsupported and contridicting information. He said deferements or forbearances don't remove deliniquencies. Clearly, the information he provided is inaccurate and a contridiction to the information detailed in the attached letter from Sallie Mae. I have attached a letter received from *** *** which clearly state, in writing, the purpose of a deferment or forbearance,"When a deferment or forbearance is received, it’s often processed retroactively to cover a period of delinquency." I have applied for and been granted various deferments and forebearances, which remove any delinquencies that may have existed on my account. In the attached letter, *** *** gave a clear definition of deferment and forbearance, to include, a loan chart detailing the history of all my loans and clearly show in writing that all of my loans have been covered by various deferements or forbearances. *** *** has removed all delinquencies in writing, but not from my credit reports. I'm also requesting a detailed statement, listing my entire account number and the times/time periods the account was reported late or delinquent to the credit bureau. I'm also requesting a list of request dates for the various Grace Period(s), Forbearance(s) and Deferment(s) applied to my accounts
I am on the income based repayment plan I started this plan with Sallie Mae, and then they changed my loan over to Navient When it came time to reapply (done every year), since I had paid ahead a little Navient brought my loans current without notifying me in order to process my request This made me have to repay for the month of September (although they didn't notify me that I know had a new payment) even though I had already made my payment that month I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do to change that because it was required in order to process repayment requests They then told me on the phone I had been approved and what my monthly payment would beWhen my payment plan was set to renew a few months later, I got a bill for times what they quoted me When I called customer service, they told me it was an error on their part and it would be corrected within a few days days later, it was not corrected and so I called back again This time they tell me I was never approved and so they re-submit my request for income based The next day they tell me they cannot process it until I give them permission to bring my loans current Finally, the request is approved and applied, after numerous phone calls The first month's payment went well, and then they said I was past due, even though my account shows that I sent in a payment of double my required amount Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone Its mistake after mistake, and rude phone call after rude phone call
Revdex.com:
I received a response stating that my request to decrease the amount of my monthly payment was deniedI did receive a phone number to call and I plan to do so todayI am really attempting to work with Navient on this issue but they are not making any attempts to try to work with me
Therefore, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This company Navient took over sallie mae and the name change caused nearly every customer's credit score to drop Lawsuit needs to be filed immediately

Mr*** ** *** of Navient's Office of The Customer Advocate have contacted me shortly after my filing a Revdex.com complaint on Feb2, to let me know he's aware of my situation and had offered to provide me with answers shortly thereafterdays later on Feb11, I still did not hear from MrReinhart, and so I followed up with an email on Feb11, asking for answersOn Feb12, 2015, MrReinhart responded with a letter detailing that my college has not updated their company with my student enrollment status and therefore cannot put my repayment status to defermentThis response does not make sense because I have been granted federal student loans for this Spring semester and Navient is the company managing this loan, and so Navient knows I am currently enrolled with my college this semesterStill, I have contacted my college on Feb13, and requested that a student enrollment status confirmation be mailed to Mr*** ** *** at the mailing address he's provided (Navient, Office of The Customer Advocate, Lasley AveWilkes-Barre, PA 18706)Because the issue has not been resolved and is still pending, I'd prefer that Revdex.com remains involved with this matter until it is completely resolvedThank you
