My loans started with Sallie Mae and Navient isn't any betterThey charged me years of interest when I could not make a payment, stating it was due to a bankruptcy that wasn't even mineNow they tell me they don't have repayment plans that are income based so they just pick a number of my monthly paymentCurrently I am on an interest only repayment plan because that is the only plan I qualify according to them and the payment rate has variedHorrible business
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, disrespectful, awful company in my lifeWhen answering the phone they say "hey"That's itNo identifier and not even announce of professional phone etiquetteI did speak with one nice rep but was disconnect in the callWhen I called back the last that answered the phone said "we all do the same thing but I can try to see if she's available." Then after brief hold I was told "good luck getting any assistance on your situation since it will have to go to manager approval and will probably be denied" WOWSpeechlessTerrible customer serviceSomething needs to be done immediately about this businessIf I treated my patients how I was treated today I would be out of a job in hoursNavient....ruining lives one day at a timeHorrendous businessPlease shut them down!!

I received a phone call from Navient, I answered and listened to a recording stating they had important information about my student loans I returned the call and got another recording asking me the reason for my call It was frustrating not being able to speak to a person, especially not knowing why you received the call on the first place

This is the same message as they gave last time and I still haven't received anything in the mail In addition, I've received two more phone calls from Navient All I want is for them to stop calling me I've never had a student loan from them or anyone else so I'm 100% sure they are confusing me with someone else
