Good afternoon,Our local management team from the Quakertown area reached out to the customer to discuss this further. We e-mailed the customer all of the information about her purchases and the total amounts. We reviewed this information with the customer and asked the customer to
contact our leadership team or stop into one of our showrooms if she wanted to further review these documents. We refunded her payments the customer made and placed those under her account with GenesisIf the customer has any further questions about this please let us know. Thank you!

Management has contacted this customer after reviewing complaintThey reviewed with the customer our process. It seems there was some miscommunication along the way with regards to the financing options. Customer was offered $gift card for use on a future purchase. Management

It was stated that my couches are out of warranty, however that is why I purchased the platinum protectionI would like to have my couches replacedGiving me money for couch that I paid almost 3,dollars and financed for is not a good enough solution for me.Do what is right by me and replace my couches with those of equal value. Hello,We've followed up with the rep that the customer is working with and he hasn't received photosWe have had leadership reach out to the customer directly to hopefully provide his own photos showing the damageCustomer made a complaint regarding a puncture hole but the original damage was notated as cracking and peeling leather which wouldn't typically be coveredOnce we obtain photos from the customer we can make an assessment based on the platinum coverage.Thank you,
