I am rejecting this response because:  Once again Priceline customer service is ignoring the fact that I was allowed to enter and request morning flights for the departure.  Upon review of the several other complaints, I see this is not the first time a customer has complained of the exact same negative action of requesting a particular flight time and Priceline provides whatever, they want to give.  Initially, I did not enter my initials in the box agreeing with the contact, but  what Priceline does not tell the customers is the website will not work if you do not enter your initials (bait and switch), but I still able to request the morning departure. 
Customer Service did not address the issue of the connecting flights do not have available seats.  Thus, Priceline has sold a flight that I cannot get on, because there are not seats.  As I previously stated my initial request and complaint was to change the departure flight to a moring fligh,  in an effort to arrive and not miss my event.  How knowing the departure will make me miss my event and the connection does not have seats.  This was a bogus sale on behalf of Priceline.  
Priceline customer service has not made any effort or attempt to address the issues; merely reading from the prepared script of "non refundable and non changeable".  Surely, if you look at the facts, there is a problem, and I am not th only person with the same complaint.  In this case Priceline is at fault and refuse to address, correct, or amend the situation.   I KNOW, there can be changes, there is always an exception to all rules.  In this matter Priceline is attempting to overlook the issue of their website allowing me to select a morning departure, and they willfull and mallicioulsy selected a flight of their choice.  Secondly, with intentional neglect Priceline provided connecting flights, that do not have available seats.  Priceline's non-action and non-customer service is high unacceptable, and blatant disregard for the general public.
Upon speaking to customer service representatives with [redacted], both advised that Priceline has the ability to change the flight(s).  I request and demand a full refund of all fees immediately.  Surely, you do not expect me to pay for something that will not accommodate my schedule, and have me stranded in another city without a connecting flight to my destintation.  Priceline pulled a bait and switch and assumed I would not do anything about it.   This is a TRUE case of CORPORATE BULLYING!
Should this matter not be resolved swiftly and with proper resolution, I will present these issues to the media, and proceed with legal action.  Govern yourself accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because: The people the I spoke with through Priceline told me otherwise. They did not state that I had only 24 hours. I talked to someone prior and after booking with Priceline. I would just like the difference in price that I found on their website. Again, who I spoke to did not say that I only had 24 hours to put in a request. I also hope that the workers do start telling people this instead of telling them otherwise and making them think otherwise.

I am rejecting this response because: 
There is no Priceline Request number available.  I have NOT bought the tickets yet due to your false advertisement and your customer service agent's unwillingness to help me figure out what exactly it means that I will be flying out of a different airport for my layover flight from Thailand to Los Angeles in China.  Without understanding all the terms (like where this other supposed airport is located, how my luggage will be transferred, if I will have to make my own accommodations to get to the supposed airport, the distance between the airport I fly into and the one I'm supposed to fly out of) I cannot go forward with purchasing the flight.  It is very misleading to see that when I click on flight details it still states that I will be flying out of the same airport that I will be arriving in during my layover.  Your agent's rude way of dealing with me and unwillingness to help me figure out this issue or even allowing me to get a direct customer phone line or speaking with a supervisor is absolutely outrageous.

I am rejecting this response because: I had to initial acknowledging the charge as I was already in Maui and couldn't check in otherwise also priceline has a no cancellation policy so I was out the amount I already paid.  I was told that I had to get refunded by priceline as they were the ones the set up the reservation at a condo when I bidding on hotels.  It is a shady way to do business and I still want the $95 refunded.

I can see the business is not willing to own up to its mistake. I ordered and paid for a hotel in New [redacted]. They gave me one on the opposite end of a neighboring town. Based on their refusal to rectify their mistake and give me what I paid for, I will use this documentation to file a charge back for failing to provide the services paid for. I will also post numerous, truthful, items throughout social media, and alert my followers (close to 3 million), about the fraud. It's a shame they make their money by doing this to customers. Please allow this notice to serve as my refusal to accept the companies wrong doing.

I am rejecting this response because:  A smoking room is being preassigned, laws in the majority of  states forbid smoking in the workplace,bars and restaurants,people work in hotel rooms as well as sleep,by selling specific smoking rooms priceline is placing their customers and hotel employees at risk,most hotels will impose a fine for cleaning if you do smoke.As a corporate giant Priceline should do the right thing and stop placing people's health at risk by marketing hotels with smoking rooms as 2 star.

I am rejecting this response because:
Priceline in its response refers to a "contract", but that contract they refer to is clearly null and void as the consideration in exchange for the money paid to make that a binding agreement was "cancelled" by Priceline. And even if Priceline were to somehow obtain a ruling stating that the "contract" was still valid for a flight that is no longer booked/reserved, it does NOT invalidate the DOT ruling on the 24 hour rule for all [redacted] carriers nor does it invalidate the Uniform Commercial Code which governs commerce.
Priceline has failed to show and prove in writing to me that the DOT's 24 hour rule for commercial carrier airline tickets does NOT apply to its "name your own price" (aka "NYOP") airline tickets. Nowhere in the DOT document which I provided to the Revdex.com does the DOT make an exception to discounted or deeply discounted airfare or “undisclosed itineraries” with regard to the 24 hour rule. In fact, it clearly states that ALL US commercial airline carriers are subject to its "24 hour" rule and this includes airfares sold at a discount to the retail price. Priceline is thus far simply relying on its own stated opinion that the NYOP fare on a US Commercial carrier is somehow not subject to the 24 hour rule, but I opine in rebuttal that Priceline acts as an "agent" of the US carrier when it sells tickets on [redacted]rs and thereby it is a fiduciary of the principal (in this case the [redacted] carrier) and thereby subject to the same rules as applied to the [redacted] carrier by the DOT.
Finally, Priceline, in its rebuttal, failed to mention its failure to disclose these so called "cancellation" fees in its cancellation email which I attached before and I am attaching again. Priceline’s email states “…you most likely have not been charged, in which case the only transaction to your account will be an authorization, which will drop off within 48 hours. If you were charged, your refund would post within 5 to 10 business days…”. Nowhere in this email does Priceline mention cancellation fees or the retaining of fees. I did NOT see these cancellation fees disclosed in the cancellation email that was sent upon cancellation and I did NOT see these cancellation fees when the reservation was initially made. Isn’t this a clear violation of the DOT rule for ticket agents to disclose all airline fees in writing? The DOT discusses its rules in the website below and it seems to me that Priceline failed to disclose these fees in writing up front or in the cancellation email. If I am mistaken, then I want Priceline to show me where these cancellation fees were disclosed up front on in the cancellation email. non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the reservation
is not used.

debit card for the security deposit, proof of round trip airline travel may

I am rejecting this response because:
I understand the product I selected and the terms, I had extenuating circumstances which will prevent me from going, [redacted] was kind enough to refund the hotel but not the auto rental. With that being said knowing my situation how is it you refund the lap argue transaction but not the rental car, that is very poor treatment of a customer that could bring you alot more business.

purchase, that optional parking fees are paid directly to the hotel, and are
not included in the offer price. Priceline.com does not collect parking fees;
