conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has already been
stated in our previous correspondence. 
The consumer selected a Name Your Own Price hotel room
reservation and is dissatisfied with her purchase. The consumer states:
“I
chose #5 - Downtown - Metro Center and #16 Vanderbilt - West End. I ended up
with a hotel that is listed under a normal search as Opryland - Metro Center. I
had assumed that "Metro Center" was referencing the downtown area, as
I have never been to Nashville before and from my understanding Opryland is
well outside of town. While the map is shaded with the areas this covers, again
- I am not familiar with Nashville and cannot pinpoint the center of downtown
without your company's guidance.”

When selecting a reservation, the consumer is provided with
the terms and conditions of the purchase, including the cancel policy

reservation that provided greater savings and less flexibility.
Priceline does not guarantee that consumers who select
Express Deals/Name Your Own Price hotels will receive confirmation at a
property viewed during a Published Price hotel search, or normal search as
referenced by the consumer. Priceline tells consumers that the Express Deal/
Name Your Own Price hotel that is selected may, or may not be one that you have
seen during a hotel search on priceline.
On each consumers’ contract page (including the contract
page in question), we clearly and conspicuously place the following disclosure
regarding this issue listed under Important Information.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
We ordered this hotel room through a websearch for pet friendly hotels.  It listed the hotel and ordering took us directly to priceline.  The website and link was inaccurate and priceline needs to accept responsibility for that.    Furthermore, the customer service privided by priceline in charging us $150 dollars when the order was canceleld within 5 minutes is unacceptable and not in accordance with laws or pricelines cancellation policy.  Pricelines cancellation policy did not state that orders placed that day would be subject to a 50% cancellation policy .  I don't believe that this is in accordance with federal/state laws and it is an unacceptable business practice.

stating that he was unaware that he would be billed for his Priceline purchase, and did not agree to the Priceline purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:
On 1/5/2016 I went on Priceline.com Nameyourprice to make reservation for my travel to Chicago, IL during the process the site was going back and forth telling me to wait. I won a bid to travel on January 15, 2016. I want to cancel the reservation but I have been unsuccessful because I went to the hospital on January 1, 2016 and was diagnosed with Pneumonia but since I purchased the tickets on January 5, 2016 they can not do anything about it. I still do not feel 100% better and my daughter [redacted] just went to the hospital 2 days ago and was diagnosed with URI Upper Respiratory Infection. Priceline has given me the run around this whole time ,have bad costumer service and very rude. Would not tell me anything told me yesterday that someone would call me within 24 hrs that did not happen. Found out through an email that they can not do anything.
