I purchased an item off this company's websiteWhen I received the item I discovered it was a replicaSo I requested to returnBecause this company only allows communication through email it takes several days to receive approval for a returnBy the time this happened I was out of town, and my account had been placed on a vacation hold for weeksBecause I was not able to ship the product back within the small window of time that they gave me I was not allowed to return the replica for a refundBecause this company requires that you use any credit you have available on your account from your personal cells before you can use *** or your debit or credit card, I was not insured by any means for my purchase

I am rejecting this response because:This business is only concerned in ripping off customersI responded on 8/which is the third and finally day meaning no funds should have been releasedIn fact, on my account the funds showed as pre released therefore the seller had it before I got a chance to see the condition of the productPoshmarks return policy says if the item doesn't come as described and you respond within three days of receiving the package you are eligible for a refundI put in the app that there was an issue with my order and then I proceeded to email the customer service department to try and open my return case with PoshmarkI did my part but Poshmark continues to give excusesIf a customer purchases a product that was misrepresented (I thought I was purchasing a moisturizer in good condition) and it comes in the mail damaged it should be easy to return and ship the item in question back. In addition, Poshmark does not show first time buyers that there are prohibited items that should not be purchased on their siteWhat also does not make sense is that they sell these prohibited items on their site without warning and when you get the item in the mail that's damaged and cannot be used they say it's your faultShouldn't it be the business's fault for not filtering or preventing these so called prohibited items from being sold on their site?i will not be using Poshmark again so the Poshmark Credit is uselessI also will not be recommending anyone to use this site for anythingSeems like one big scam and they're only interested in taking money not having a happy and loyal customer base.

First of all, I'm not sure how a company with 89% negative reviews has an A+ scoreOrdered several itemsOne, a pair of jeans were not only the wrong size (I could pull them off without unzippingThere was no size tag) but they also stunk very badly of cigarette smokePoshmark, who took forever to answer my email, wanted me to take PICTURESHow do you photograph a small? How do you photograph that something is not the size stated?
I told them to pay the vendor and I would throw the pants in the garbageStay far, far awayIf you want used clothing, *** is great

There is seller protection on this appPoshmark claims items cannot be returned unless it's specifically misrepresented in the original listingI recently had a case opened on an expensive Michael Kors purse (BRAND NEW) I soldThe buyer claims there were stains/marks on the itemIt took over a week for the case to be reviewed and ultimately approvedI emailed them multiple times on how uncomfortable I was having my $purse just sitting in a random person's houseOf course I did not receive a replyI eventually received the item back sans any "stains" or "marks"...HMMM...that's oddI wonder what Photoshop program the buyer used to transpose stains on my purseOh, I also had a buyer return an item for a LOOSE STRING and Posh approvedI also would like to mention how absolutely obnoxious their fees are20%? Really? I recently purchased two blouses from a sellerShe listed them as regular blouses, and since Poshmark has many different categories of tops (i.ecrop tops, button downs, camisoles, sweatshirts, etc), I took this to mean these were blouses with nothing out of the ordinary about themThe pictures also showed nothing out of the ordinaryI submitted an offer to the seller and she accepted
Upon receiving these blouses, it was quickly discovered that these items are CROP TOPS, and not blousesI immediately opened up a case with Poshmark, seeing as I ordered regular blouses out of the blouse section and not crop tops out of the crop top sectionI was told that I should have asked for measurements ahead of time, and that it was clearly a fit issue instead of the seller misrepresenting the item
Poshmark has categories for a reason, and I was not interested in crop topsThe seller marked them as blouses and did not provide any additional informationI should not have to ask for the length of every shirt seeing as there IS a section for CROP TOPS, and all items that fall into that length should be listed there or they are misrepresenting the items
Poshmark now refuses to refund my money, and continues to tell me that it's clearly a sizing issue and not a misrepresentation of these crop tops as regular blouses despite the fact that I've sent them pictures, measurements, etc

I ordered an item from Poshmark and on the item was clearly stated that I would get special $shippingI have photo proof of this as well if neededI then see I was charged $for the shipping and I contacted the company to let them know what happened and requested they refund me back the $they owed me back onto my credit cardThey wrote back to my email claiming they cannot refund my card but gave me a credit on my account to use for my next purchaseI then wrote again stating that unacceptable and to have a manager contact me and said again to refund my card or they could put the money on my account in a way that I could cash it out for a checkThe same person (non manager) wrote back again saying all they could do was the credit towards my next purchase as stated aboveThis company is deceitful and then won't even take responsibility for its own actions

I am a seller on the app my product was return back but the item was missing I been trying to get in touch with poshmark for days no replies no customer service phone numberI have proof of the no the no replies
