On August 31, , I placed an *** *** with the Poshmark website for what was advertised as a brand "New with Tags" clothing itemThe item I received was used with the manufacturer tags re-attachedI contacted Poshmark on the same day that I received the used itemI provided them with different photographs and an extensive written description of the evidence that the item is usedI received a reply from an automated Poshmark email account days later stating that my request for a refund had been denied but there was no explanation or response to the evidence I providedI received an automated, scripted response which did not apply to my complaintI attempted to contact a representative to discuss the impropriety of this transaction but Poshmark does not provide a customer service phone line for their customers
I sold two chanel bags threw the posh mark websiteany item over a curtain amount, goes to them first then they send it to the buyerposh mark is saying I didn't send the itemsso they closed my account and took the money

I placed an order based on the description it’s a crossbody bag but when I received the item it was actually a camera bag so I did my research and found all other sellers on Poshmark, Well known website has it under the right name camera bag also the seller didn’t mention the dimensions in the ad, it was in the comments which noway I can rwaf all the buyers questions to find the dimensions so based on Poshmark return policy if item wasn’t as described I can open a case, return the item and get my money back but here we go those thieves won’t accept my return, charged me for the itemI won’t deal with this business again

This company does nothing to ensure buyer safety- Sellers are being allowed to get away with selling damaged or items that look nothing like what they advertise and after you purchase the item it is next to impossible to get your money back CONSUMER BEWARE!
