Disgusting products and Customer service support This company robbed me of a product I was suppose to be delivered and instead of handling it they did nothing to help me out and give me the product I deserveI will be sure to never use this application again, and tell everyone I know in the silicon valley where I live how terrible this App and company is

Terrible customer service! One of our staff who is environmentally proactive wanted to give a try Poshmark, the second-hand clothing market She paid for $for a crappy jacket which was full of cigarret smoke She immediately contacted Poshmark and seller for refund, the seller, *** *** NEVER responded regards to my concern, Poshmark took so long to decide that I should keep the clothe I can't wear due to the strong odor of smoke The seller did not indicated that it was coming from a smoking environment or if the item was exposed to smoke The itme is still in the box came in with, I ended up loosing $167, no customer service support from Poshmark, no apology form the sellerAvoid this business

Poshmark's accidental purchase policy states that buyers may cancel orders within hours of purchase if they are unshippedIf the seller ships the item, the order can no longer be cancelled
Our disputes team was in contact with the buyer and requested return tracking information as the buyer
stated they already returned the item but they did not receive a responseFor further assistance, we ask that the buyer respond directly to the team's last email.

I purchased a tank top that was advertised as in good condition but when I recieved it, it has a huge hole in the armpit areaI reached out to the business on Wednesday and have not heard back

I was mailed a counterfeit Gucci belt that was advertised as 100% authenticI was told by poshmark to return the belt for a refundI refused due to the fact that the seller was still selling the item onlineknowing this now opened me up to legal liabilities one being the mailing of counterfeit goodsI asked poshmark if I can bring it to the police for destruction I was told no mail it back or no refundI then contacted my bank who gave me a temporary credit that was reversed because they asked for a second opinion letter that no store that sells Gucci products wanted to give me especially Gucci who I emailed at *** I am still waiting for a reply but because of the length of time that has passed I don't think one is on the way

Poshmark claims to protect consumers from counterfit merchandiseI purchased a pair of sunglasses from a seller on their app and they were clearly counterfitI confirmed with a sunglasses retailer of the same brandI reported to Poshmark who argued back and forth for a week before having me send them the glassesThey refuse to agree that they are counterfit and refuse to process a returnSelling counterfeits is illegal and it would be dangerous for me to wear the glasses as they offer no actual eye protection
