The business practices and oversight of sellers on Poshmark seem to be very poor or non-existentThere are sellers who are listing merchandise, Poshmark is collecting payment, and customers are not receiving their ordersWhen you ask to cancel the order and be refunded the funds collected to your credit card (and before the merchandise is shipped), Poshmark does not provide good customer service or get the customers their refunds in a timely manner or, it appears from buyers comments on sellers listings, at allTheir customer service allows you to submit questions and then directs you to mail an email box that goes to an unmonitored boxIf you look at customer comments on their sellers' pages, it appears that the lack of seller accountability and oversight is a systemic problem with Poshmark - some sellers are not held accountable for not shipping goods to those who have purchased and paid and are not required to disable their account when they are not responsive, do not ship goods
