I had a girl sell me a broken watch claiming it was working, I also purchased a handbag from her in a bundle but my only problem was with the watchI followed the return procedure as they requested I returned both items .and the tracking # said "delivery status not updated" right after the package was out for delivery, then noticed I didn't receive my refund and the seller Had blocked my ability to contact her about the purchase and then noticed that on the same day it was "out for delivery" she relisted both items for sale on her pageI have contacted the support email (the only contact us platform they have) multiple times with proof that she had scammed me and they will not respond, the seller got to keep my $*** plus she sold the broken watch to someone else

Our records show that the seller was in touch with a member of our Operations team who voided the checks and added the balance back to the user's accountThey successfully redeemed their earnings on February 1st, 2018.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved
