I regret purchasing from Poshmark website using their annoying applicationSo far i’ve Purchases over items within a week my fault should’ve test the system firstI haven’t receive items so far & item is damaged I submitted pictures of damaged item which supposedly was purchased new, damaged item still in case review but haven’t heard anything back since I submitted the pictures were requestedThey have such inaccurate system, it will show I received when I didn’t click “purchase acccepted” they just want keep your moneyI email them from my personal email & using their internal system to email them but off course their system won’t show email tracks, so far I will get a automatic email back every time they get back email but no case open, no email from back from any customer service departmentThey want to keep your money as long as they canI’m looking to get my refund for the items not received total $I don’t see why I should pay for items not received &
The item advertised, a rare Hermes printed scarf, was actually a pocket square, not a full-sized scarfThe item was priced at a value of $originally, but was selling for $ A quick comparison at the Hermes website reveals the original price as $for pocket squaresThe item was advertised in a condition without stains or snags The item was so stained with sweat and body oil that a reputable French dry cleaners in San Francisco could not remove the stainsPoshmark does little to screen the actual value and condition of items sold Buyer beware

Due to misinformation regarding my purchase of Nike Women's sneakers I tried emailing Poshmark immediately upon receipt of purchase only to be told that the email address I sent it to does not reply to emailsI sent two more emails over the next few days and finally got a response stating that if I wanted to return the purchase it had to be done within days of deliverySomewhat impossible considering it took them 5days to respondI tried calling and couldn't get a responseI was told, via email, that the funds were collected after they received an acknowledgment from me that I had received delivery...I never authorized this!!

The app itself works fine and is relatively user friendlyHOWEVER, the customer service is horribleNot only is it hard to get in touch with anyone, especially since they do not have a phone number, but when they finally respond to emails they seem unwilling to listen to your issueI ordered a bundle of three items and when it arrived one item was missingThe seller apologized and stated that it had simply been an accidentWe both requested that I simply be refunded for the one itemInstead, Poshmark offered me $of Poshmark credit “towards your next purchase.” The $wouldn’t even cover 1/of the money I’d lost, much less even cover the cost of shipping on another itemI declined this offer and again asked simply to be refunded the money for the one itemThey continue to refuse and keep insisting I return the entire order, even though these were the correct items and I had wanted to keep them all alongI spent two weeks dealing with customer service and trying to get refunded only for them to continue and refuseThis whole situation is ridiculous and I’m very upset that they won’t simply refund me for the itemI’d planned to start selling on Poshmark, but with this being my first purchase/experience there isn’t a chance of that anymoreThese are gross business practices and I fully intend to delete the app

Poshmark is such a jokeThere’s so many negative reviews for buyers but sellers have it just as badAnything that’s sold for over $they take a whopping 20% commissionThey have a failed system that allow consumers to report supposed counterfeit items and the moderator would remove listings without actual proofI listed an authenic Louis Vuitton purse that was a birthday gift from my mother that was purchased at the retail store at South Coast PlazaI no longer have the paper insert or booklet and still had the dust bag and retail boxAccording to a fellow person on Poshmark, she said that my bag is a counterfeit and a replica due to looking at the date stamp on my photographMy listing was automatically removed soon afterI’m beyond furious that my authentic bag was deemed to be counterfeit based on someone’s sole opinionThe system is flawed and allows consumers who are not professional luxury item authenicators to falsely report legitimate itemsI sent Poshmark a copy of my receipt to appeal my listing being removed but still haven’t heard back from themI will be taking my business elsewhereIt’s not worth the time and headache to sell on this website
My Debit card was fraudulently used with Poshmark on 11-29-I reached out to Poshmark via email as they DO NOT have a business phone number to let them know of the issueIt took several days for them to get back with me letting me know that their fraud department did determine it to be a fraudulent charge but they refuse to provide any information about the order that was placed using my debit cardI am trying to get this information to give the police but the only response they will give me is to have the police email them at their general email addressI have asked several times to get a contact name and number to pass on to the police so they can contact Poshmark and for them to give me a copy of the order that was placed with my cardThey refuse to do so
