As much as I want to accept this response and just be done with this I feel like I can't because your response has been the same canned thing every single time and I don't agree because of the following:
As mentioned previously, the item size is as stated in the listing - The tag said size 10 in the listing but they are too small for my manager who wears a size 2, so the item size was not stated correctly in the listing.
All sizes may vary depending on the brand and fit. - When I originally opened the complaint on this I sent in pictures of the pants compared to the EXACT SAME BRAND AND FIT that I wear daily to show the dramatic size difference.
We strongly recommend users ask for exact measurements before purchasing. - Yes, I agree with this part but I'll take it a step further and just not buy anything anymore because when you purchase a size 10 you sure wouldn't expect to get a size 1 and it blows my mind that is even a thing I need to worry about when purchasing.
Close the case. I'll probably continue to sell things on the app but you're going to have a problem when too many people stop buying and you're top heavy with sellers in the future. I've spoken to many colleagues and friends about this incident and they have said they had the exact same thing happen to them and encouraged me to reach out to you.
