Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
the item in question, a [redacted] purse, is in fact 100% authentic. The Poshmark employees are basing their opinion of the authenticity based on the 4 pictures that are allowed to be uploaded on their forum. They are limited in both their knowledge as well as any tangible findings. They have pictures of the purse, whereas I had physical access to the purse. Additionally, from my understanding, the purse was under the dollar amount needed for authentication review. So why was that done in the first place? Again, I know that the bag is real, there is no question about it. I've been harassed and insulted by these people. I've been waiting nearly a month for my money, only to be told I am not going to be paid for this? Now the buyer has to send it and I'm out $[redacted]. I demand to be compensated immediately for the money I've lost. Quite frankly, I should be compensated over and above that dollar amount due to the inconvenience and drama this has caused. Sincerely,[redacted]

We are not able to find the order the buyer is referring to. We are not able to find any purchase based on the email address of the buyer. Sellers do not send buyer's order numbers as well. The buyer is able to go into her Poshmark account and find the order to provide us with the order number if...

With all Poshmark orders, it is required that the seller uses the Poshmark-provided shipping label. If the Poshmark label is not used, our system cannot track the order and the order will appear as not shipped. Because the seller used their own label, the order was not marked as shipped and the...

buyer was able to cancel after 7 days of undetected shipment per Poshmark policy. In the future, it is suggested that the seller requests an updated label through the Poshmark app or website if their post office will not accept a label that is dated a different date. Each post office has different policies and some will accept labels that do not have the exact date, while others will require the label to have the exact date. 
 
The item has been shipped back to the seller and it appears via USPS tracking information that the seller needs to request re-delivery or pick up the package from their local USPS post office. Tracking information can be found here[redacted]

Our records confirm that the $[redacted] earnings for this order were credited to the seller's redeemable balance on [redacted]. The other order in reference, ending in [redacted], was marked as received on [redacted] and the $[redacted] for that order was released on that day. The seller was in fact credited for both orders. 
 
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

Our return process is clearly outlined on our FAQs page and states: "If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web.". Our records show that this order was delivered to the buyer on 4/17 and they did not file a formal return claim with us or even write in to support regarding any issues with their order within those 3 days. Therefore, the funds were automatically released to the seller on 4/20. We did not receive any correspondence from this buyer until 5/6 - well after the transaction had been completed. As stated on our FAQs page, "Once the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.". For this reason, we consider the case closed.

[redacted]. We have provided an additional label to the buyer on February 27th, 2018. At this time the tracking shows the item has been delivered back to the user. We have provided tracking information below;

USPS shows the item has been delivered, for this reason we consider the case closed.

We do not see any order valuing $[redacted] it the user's Poshmark account. The user also did not provide us with an order number for us to further review the claim/case they are stating. For this reason we are not able to further investigate the case and we consider this case closed.

Our records show that the items sold on Poshmark are unsupported/against Poshmark's policy as stated in the Terms of Service. In addition, our records show that the seller and buyer are on the same device for these transactions, meaning they are likely the same person. This is fraud and is not condoned on Poshmark.

I do not appreciate their suggestion to contact Poshmark support. I contacted support numerous time before reaching out to the Revdex.com. That seems to be the only way to get a response.
 
I was told  by Poshmark support that my buying / selling privileges were suspended because Poshmark (for unknown reasons) believed my account was associated with three other banned accounts. I have never heard of the accounts. I never used them. I was told the only way to reactivate my account was to somehow email Poshmark support from the email address used to create the accounts I had never heard of. When I looked up the accounts on Poshmark, the users did not exist. I explained this to Poshmark support, and thankfully, my buying and selling privileges were restored.
 
However, I would like a response from Poshmark as to why these issues keep happening with my account. I know many others who buy and sell through Poshmark. None of them have had as many issues as I have. I am one of Poshmark's top sellers, and I generate a lot of sales and commissions for the company. I would like to manage my business in peace without worrying that my closet will disappear or become restricted.

According to our dispute management team, although the customer did not open a case with us we assisted them...

with credit as a courtesy. Once payment is released to the seller, we are unable to reverse this action.
Additionally, when an order is shipped, both buyer and seller are automatically sent a notification email with USPS tracking details so customers may follow their package’s progress. This information is also available through a customer’s Account section through the app or web.
Due to this, we consider the matter resolved.

The seller is disputing the condition of the returned order and disclosed that the gift bag included was not returned. We will be resolving the issue with the seller in Desk. For this reason, we consider this case to be closed.

Our records show that this order was cancelled by a member of Poshmark's Support team on April 16, 2018 and the buyer was issued a full refund. 
 
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.
