were forced to deny the case. As stated within our policy [redacted] Fit Issues do not qualify for a return. All sizes may vary depending on the brand and fit. As a result, the item may feel smaller to one user but different to another. We encourage all users to ask sellers for exact measurements before purchasing. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I deserve a refund not only did they're system fail to send my items to my new address I changed in they're system prior to shipment this item was over priced and it's really difficult explaining a situation when they have limited contact information and put very little effort into resolving issues with unsatisfactory customer service now some random unknown person has received my package also they're policy is that if I didn't receive my package with in 7 days of the order im eligible for a refund seriously just look at they're response alone is proof they have no interest in helping me resolve this matter which I might add is false advertising and misleading information firstly what kind of business doesn't have a phone number for customer support this was the one and only time I had trouble ordering and I'm a loyal customer and this treatment and negligence is totally unacceptable not only I'm I without the product I purchased now it appears they have created some unjustified loophole to keep from providing a refund which is part of they're policy when you don't receive an item on time I contacted the local post office myself all to clean up behind they're extremely flawed levels of communication it's almost like they've been intentionally drawing this out past the refund eligibility instead of taking care of it right away when it was first brought to they're attention that they failed to update my address which seems like some type of scam and I also have proof that two other items I ordered on the same day went to the updated address when the item I requested a refund for did not please help me get them to do what is required of them so I don't have to take any further action thankyou

As previously stated, we will not be issuing a refund for the order.

According to our system, we have no record of the customer's account or the inquiry to which they are referring. Due to this, we ask that the customer please email [email protected] for further assistance.

Our disputes team re-evaluated this order and proceeded with adding the user's earnings to their redeemable  balance on [redacted] 14, [redacted].

We have provided the buyer with a shipping label to ship the item to our headquarters. Once the item is delivered, we will be issuing a full refund back to the buyer's original payment method. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly asked Poshmark ([redacted] and [redacted] were the persons communicating with me over email) to apologize for 1) false claim of expertise in designer brand authentication when they were clearly relying on random google images to authenticate items, and 2) sabotaging the sale of my authentic [redacted] bag due to their lack of knowledge on the bag. I have asked them to apologize both to me and the buyer who is also a victim as she was denied the chance to purchase the product she wanted. I feel that my reputation on Poshmark is ruined due to no fault of my own. Other users will now think that I tried to sell a counterfeit. This may negatively affect my ability to sell thebag on other websites. The only redress for me is for Poshmark to admit their mistake and apologize. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:When a seller sends the wrong item they should be doing the work. Most businesses send the buyer a return label. This business practice is faulty due to the fact that the seller should fix the problem. The sellers don't always send their products in a timely manner much less are they given 48 hours to mail the item. I was sent the wrong item and I had 48 hours to print the label and return the item. That doesn't make sense. It seems as if this company caters to the sellers and not the buyers. The incorrect item that I was sent was in poor condition and I did notice the item on this seller's profile. It looked a lot different in person and this probably wasn't an accident on the seller's part.

I did everything's I was required by this business after I sold my boots. This company takes 20% of every sale and the communication from them was TERRIBLE. They offered no assistance during the debacle while the buyer was worried about receiving them in time for Christmas.
I do not accept that this company is doing nothing for me after I lost the sale of these boots. Yes, I did get the boots back but this is not satisfactory to me, nor was the lack of assistance from their customer service.

My complaint with Poshmark is not resolved. They accused me of selling a fake bag without even touching the bag. The buyer of the bag was happy. Poshmark has a lot of people who like to start trouble for whatever their reason and I blelive this happened to me. For no apparent reason or explanation, they put my account on hold and are demanding $** from me, the amount I made selling the bag. They are claiming the refunded her her money, but will not tell me why. She never complained to me. She said she was "had to have it" and "loved it". Poshmark has people on staff who can take the bags before they go to buyers and "authentic" the bag if the buyer wants. It appears that Poshmark made a hasty decision because they are not familiar with this older fabric tote. Fake [redacted] fabric totes do NOT have the trademarks "horse and Knight" embossed with a sateen image because it is too tedious and labor intensive. They CAN stamp it in ink on fake PVC (leather) bags. This bag is absolutely authentic and Poshmark won't even discuss with me how they can access me of such a thing with NO explanation. I will not return the $** until someone explains how they came to this decision. Their silence is deafening.

Our Posh Concierge team must take all precautions possible to protect buyers, who have no knowledge of the origins of an item, from purchasing counterfeit items. As our Concierge team stated to the user, authentication is more an art, than a science. Therefore, if one of our authenticators returns an "inauthentic" decision, we are obligated to reject the item, since we must err on the side of protecting the buyer. The team did assist this user by refunding the return shipping fee for the item and reinstating their account. 
 
Rest assured, all account and order information, such as transaction processes, are 100% private and are never revealed to other users. Other users are never aware of what may have occurred with any order.

The company is asking for a tracking number to what end they repetitively state as long as the seller told me the shoes where 8 1/2 then the seller is right; but they don't take into account the seller omitting the shoes were narrow width which makes a difference in how the shoe will fit in this case. This would have been my fourth pair of shoes I purchased from Poshmark sellers and the other 3 were never returned. I want to know what the Revdex.com is going to do about this instead of posting this a resolved it should be posted as unfair business practices, so others will know the type of experience they may have with Poshmark, I won't hesitate to let them know the lawyer I consulted stated its not slanderous or libelous. Poshmark has no intention of having the seller return shoes or any payment back to me. The seller and Poshmark will reaped the reward twice because that seller has those shoes otherwise the would have been returned to me. Lesson learned for $14.99 I guess it could have costed me more. MY Account will be closed right Poshmark?
