Our team approved the return for this reason. The seller stated the item has stains and wear just like the buyer disputed in her return case. We are not able to confirm the order was not shipped this way because the listing has stock photos and the photos of the actual item are cut off and in dark lighting. We advise sellers to post photos of the whole item front and back in natural lighting so we are able to clearly see the condition of the item in case instances like this occur. The business keeps changing its answers. They're being completely unprofessional and handling this in the worst manner. Clearly I have done more research to prove my facts that this is indeed the Men's sweater. It was not advertised by the seller in the correct matter.
To further clarify, we are required by law to ensure that all users are of the minimum age of 13 to collect information and sell on Poshmark. Therefore, we do ask for DOB when a sale has been made, as part of our process to collect shipping address information.
