Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the item was misrepresented.  The pants were represented as corduroy leggings. The pants are not corduroys, they are only striped pants. I was specifically shopping for corduroys to have because of the cold weather in Connecticut where I live. They need to re-look at this matter. They were absolutely mis-represented, and I want to send them back. Regardless of their case findings, I should still be able to return the pants to the seller. Hypothetically speaking, I could buy a pair of pants from the store Kohls and regardless of how an item is represented, I still have the right to return them because of basic consumer laws.

As stated previously, Poshmark's Posh Protect policy does not cover fit issues. Therefore, we recommend that buyers ask questions regarding fit and measurements before purchasing items. This sale is final.

I am aware that the shipment said that my package was delivered to my front door. However, the whole reason that I am disputing this is because I could NOT find it/it was NOT there on my front door when it said it would be.
On multiple occasions I was told that there would be a process to assist me, even AFTER the customer service representatives saw that the tracking said that it was delivered. I have done everything that Poshmark has told me to do (that spanned for a MONTH), and in the end, they decide to change their wording and tell me that they are only responsible if the package is lost during transit.
Had that truly been the case, they would have told me this when I had first reached out to them, NOT more than a month later.
Again, I have done my research and found that Poshmark has given refunds to those who were in the same situation as me.. I don't understand why they are telling me to basically cut my losses!
I paid $105 and did not receive my items. This is why I am fighting this so hard!

I'm pretty much done with you poshmark. I doubt you've read or even tried to understand why I filed a complaint with you. You won't be getting anymore business from me nor my friends, and I'll be sure to post multiple complaints about your horrible customer service up on all my social media. Disgusting.

To clarify, sellers have 7 full days from the time of sale to ship an order. Once the order ships, the buyer will be sent tracking information and the package will take 1-3 business days from the time of shipment to be delivered. If a seller does not ship within 7 days, the buyer has the option to...

cancel for a full refund. We do see that both orders on the account have been cancelled and fully refunded. 
 
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

In regard to order no[redacted], it looks like the order has been canceled on June 5th. For order no[redacted], the order has been canceled on May 31st. The buyer has been issued a refund for both orders. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

The buyer's return dispute case stated the item does not fit him properly. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns based on the item not fitting as expected. We have no reason to believe the item is not authentic as all the tags are consistent with the brand. Just because the item does not fit like...

other similar items, does not mean the item is not authentic. For this reason, we have closed the return case and consider the case resolved.

The buyer did not provide us with requested photo proofs within the timeframe that was requested. We did not hear from the buyer through email or through the dispute case. We requested more photos on [redacted] 5th and resolved the case on [redacted] 8th because we did not receive the photos that was requested....

Our team will reach out to the buyer for a resolution in hopes of receiving a response from the buyer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I specifically asked; #1  about fit & seller claimed she was 5'2" @ 150# and "it should fit yah".   Well it did not.  #2  will it be warm enough to feed cattle in the zero, windy weather.  It was cold when put on in the house!
