Review: I ordered their [redacted] product Sept 7th and have confirmation that the product would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. I have tried multiple times to call them and cannot get anyone to answer the calls and the system eventually hangs up on you. I have tried to email as well and have not got a response from there either.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to refund my purchase and the shipping and handling they charged. Here is a copy of my order.

Dear [redacted], The order was shipped on 10/27 and delivered on 10/31. Since the customer wanted to return the product, we sent a return label and issued a credit of $35.89. The customer was also emailed this information. Thank you, Plymouth Direct

Review: I received a call from a gentleman from the company 'Tag Away' asking to confirm my Tag Away order - I asked him about the company and he said that they sold skin tag removal solution. I then asked him what a skin tag was since I have never heard of this before. He again asked me to confirm my order, and I declined because I never heard of the company and never placed an order. I asked him for more information and he transferred me to another line. A woman answered and I asked her about this mystery order and she was also unable to provide me with information. I proceeded to search for a phone number to Tag Away and then found Plymouth Direct. I called Plymouth Direct's customer service line - I was on hold for several minutes until the call disconnected. I called my credit card company and bank to verify that no charges were made on my account. No charges from Plymouth Direct/Tag Away were found.

A week later after returning from vacation, I returned home with the Tag Away product on my doorstep. I immediately returned the product to the sender. Still very confused, I called Plymouth direct to ask about the shipment and order. When I called I spoke to '[redacted]' - I played dumb and asked her about the order that I was claimed to have purchased. She asked me for my zip code and then my name. She said:

- The order was placed on July 25th at 10:21 PM (EST) via automated phone service from phone number ###-###-#### (my cell phone number). The order was then shipped on July 26th. The order was a buy one get one free promotion. I was shocked to hear this information because I have never placed an order over the phone in my life, let alone an automated service. I

- I then asked her about the charges. She said the order was $19.99 + $9.95 shipping, totaling $29.94.

- She said the card used to purchase was a [redacted], ending in [redacted], with an expiration date of 07/14

This [redacted] card used does not belong to me. I am unsure how an order was processed to completion and shipped to my address.

I was not charged, but a card with my information attached to it was. This was all extremely confusing and alarming to me . I assume this is fraud.Desired Settlement: Peace of mind that no one has stolen my identity. Nothing here adds up as I never placed an order for Tag Away.

The name, phone number, and address on the order is mine, but the credit card information is not. I hope it is understood how confusing and alarming this seems.

A letter acknowledging the errors and fraud in my case. Assurance that I will never be charged or shipped any products going forward. I would also liked to be put on this company's 'Do not Call' list.

Thank you in advance.

Review: On 9 November, 2014 I went online to attempt to order a product as seen on tv ( Be Active Brace). However while attempting to make the order the site kept prompting me to add additional items to I stopped and did not proceed any further with the order. Nor did I complete the transaction. On 12 November, I noticed that my checking account was charged for the item, that I never actually ordered. On 19 November, a package was attempted to be delivered by the US postal service and I refused the package. I immediately contacted the HGI Be Active aka Plymouth Direct company and requested that they refund money charged back to my account. I advised them that I did not complete or ordered the item. They advised me that their online services are live and once you enter any banking info rather you complete the transaction or not that they will continue to proceed with the order regardless if you stop or try to cancel it. I advised the customer service rep that I had never entered my personal security associated with my debit card, and without doing that would mean that their company actually committed fraud/identity theft and I was requesting a full refund. This company has processed an unauthorized charge on my debit/credit card account. As of now, I don’t have the product because I refused to accept it, and I don’t have the 45.99 that have charged illegally against my account!

Respectfully,

Kent SmoaksDesired Settlement: I am requesting an immediate refund back to my Credit/Debit card account. Also, that this company does not ever make an unauthorized illegal charge against my account ever again. I am also, requesting in writing a guarantee that my personal info/banking info is not to be kept on file because I am afraid of future fraudulent incidents.

Review: I ordered the be active brace on Sept. 11, 2014 and shortly received an email with my order number of [redacted] and the message my order was complete. When I had not received it by October 1st I emailed them to inquire and was told it was on back order. Its now October 20th and still no braces. I have called them numerous times and the automated system says its still on back order and when I try to talk to an operator I am left on hold for a long time then disconnected. I want my money or my product!Desired Settlement: If they cannot fulfill my order I want my money back. I would like the product but they should not advertise it on [redacted] and [redacted] if they cannot fulfill direct orders.

I got an email from the company on 10/221 stating they were still out of stock and then recieved my knee braces yesterday in the mail. They are awful! They smell like chemicals, do not look like picture represented, and do not fit properly. These people should not be in business!

Review: This company advertises one brace for $19.99 and $7.95 P&H. Then they say you will get a second one free just pay another separate P&H for the second one. I tried to place an order for one and pay one P&H fee of $7.95. The order form automatically fills in the order for 2 be active braces and the additional $7.95 fee. Making the total $35.89 They won't sell you just one. Then at the end of ordering they try to force you to buy a multitude of additional products. I looked at my order and they put the cost in on my debit card to hold it, because they have to order the product them selves before you get your item shipped. I called and told them they made a mistake on my order and I did not want two, but they explained that they only sold them as Buy One Get One Free, and they can't sell just one.Desired Settlement: They should make buying the second one optional, after all you don't know if it will work like they say it will. I cancelled my order and got my money back, but I believe if you returned one for a credit they take most issues into arbitration. Which tells me this item probably doesn't work and they have figured out a way to have people order more than one and getting the P&H. If you go to arbitration you will be responsible to pay $125.00 for attorney fees, per their site.

It seems as though you have excepted their explanation as settled. I think if you force a customer to pay for P&H on a second one they do not want that charging the extra P&H should be illegal. Sorry, but that is MY money and I did not want a second one. Their feed back is very negative.

I did get my money back, but only because they did not have the product on hand to ship out as they order product as they get an order.

It's better to deal with a Brick and Mortar store.

Review: On or about the first week in November I ordered via telephone a product that was advertised on television. The product was called "Night View" with a price of $10.00 plus PSH(processing, shipping and handling). With a 2nd pair just to pay for PSH.The practice of this company is suspect and possibly has not broken the law but uses less than honorable practice to sell the practice as follows.1. There is no choice to buy just one pair. You are forced to get two pair.2. Repeats at least three times to encourage you to purchase more than the original pair even thou you indicated the first time you were not interested.3. Purchasing other products other than what you called for and again repeating this at least three times before moving on. Such products as tag away and front car lenz cleaner. If I wanted those items I would have called about them but did not.4. Wanting to have item shipped quicker than the three to six weeks delivery time. Again repeated at least three times.5. Never giving a net total or even a final total before charging the credit card or method of payment. In Checking my balance account in the bank I noticed that there was a pending charge of $48.40 pending and could change. In checking my Email I notice that there was a shipping notice. In studying it I find that they have shipped me four glasses instead of the two I only wanted. Now being that I spent over 15 minutes on the phone just to buy a pair of glasses and having to sit and listen to things being repeated to me three times which I did not want or approve. I find not only have they sent me a extra two pair of glasses which I did not order plus charging me I believe for special shipping because instead of three to six weeks I got them less than ten days. Now I have to wait for my credit because of there error and have to pay postage to send back. This is not right and how many elderly people will be confused by there practice. So I find my charge should been $26 not $48 and credited $22 when returned.Desired Settlement: 1. Company should be only able to sell the consumer what the consumer called for since they give you the option to buy the others in there maze of selections.2. Company should be forced to give you a net or total charge along with detail of products being purchase before proceeding to final authorization.3. Company should be required to include in shipping complete order details in print provided in box.4. Company should be responsible for the return postage fee. Elderly will be scammed.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Plymouth Direct does not address the complaint. The complaint never asked for a full refund. I was questioning there unethical and deceitful way of conducting there business. Although it might be legal the practice itself is unethical and deceitful. There answer to addressing the complaint was to give a refund. Which was only indicated for items that were not ordered. The invoice that showed refund is suspect also and has many unanswered questions. I never received a invoice in the box so no way of disputing how I was charged. Examining the invoice they sent you it does not reflect to my understanding or recount of what could be charged. In other words the way they get to $48.80 doesn't match my assessment. I understand the $26 but not the $22. That is something new to the complaint because like I said there was never a invoice for me to look at. They have credited my account in full before they have even received the product back or part of it. Even thou this is appreciated I just do not feel it addressed the complaint only trying to make it go away. If Plymouth Direct or Revdex.com is not satisfied with my response feel free to contact me personally for a fuller explanation of why I am not satisfied.

Review: Ordered night vision nv yellow sunglasses off of a late night TV commercial, the number provided kept prompting me to go on and on. After 50-60 some dollars and over a month of waiting I receive 4 pair of sunglasses that I am not satisfied with. Before receiving them (which I was sure I got scammed) I attempted to call them # ###-###-#### and it was just trying to prompt me to buy the product. Upon opening the package I thought would never come I inspected them and they do not look to represent the quality of the offered product in the commercial. After taking one pair out of the packaging the nose piece fell off was not able to be re attached. Just in no way satisfied with the money I had to spend to wait for 4 well 3 pairs of night vision sunglasses and a month or more of waiting!Desired Settlement: I would like the money I spent back!

The company did respond to my recent email and stated that they would cancel my order and not charge my credit card. If they lie and send this item and charge my credit card I will notify you immediately. Thanks for your help in this matter, and as usual, the Revdex.com came through for me! [redacted]

Review: I placed an order on September 20 for the [redacted] Brace. Never received any confirmation. Weeks later I called to check on status. There is no possibility of speaking to a live person. Attempted to send an email to [email protected] as indicated on their customer service line (###-###-####) and I get invalid email address. This company has the worst customer service. So far I don't see that I was charged for this product but I will keep checking my credit card. This company should be shut down, just my opinion,Desired Settlement: I really just want to know if I ever will receive the product so a phone call would be acceptable

Review: I ordered [redacted] braces after seeing a commercial on TV. They charged my credit card right away, however I still have not received my product. I have called a Number of times and they say that the product is on back order and that it should be in within 3 weeks and will be shipped out. I have heard that same recording for 2 months. You can NEVER get a live person on the phone and I am so aggravated that they can do this to people. After not receiving my item for a month I googled them and read reviews and the reviews are horrible. Very same complaint that I have. They take your money and it's up to 6 months sometimes before getting the product if you even get it!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including the shipping and handling $35.89 since obviously they have not shipped it out yet.

The email address I have sent email saying I want my merchandise and only got a response today saying please allow 4-6 more weeks for my product their warehouse is out, but they are still taking orders. I want my merchandise and I want it ASAP or I want them shut down for false advertisement and unethical business practices. They are misleading people on the timeframe of when they will receive their product and STILL taking orders when they are supposedly out in there warehouse. Review: they said the brqce fits calfs size 12" to 18". My calf size is only 13" and the brace will not fit.It is too small and I doubt it would do as they claim by reading bad reviews online anyway. Review: The product that I purchased was not delivered. Repeated e-mails to customer service were ignored. They have also started to send heavy amounts of spam to my e-mail account trying to get me to buy other products and services from them.

Review: I have a real problem about this commercial they were advertising about a special knee brace for people with SCIATICA NERVE problems, on the commercial it say you buy one brace for 19.99 pay a shipping fee of $7.95 and get another brace for $19.99 only pay an additional shipping fee of only $7.95 But in the add it say you buy a premium brace for $35.99 and get another premium brace for free, well I was checking my bank account found out it went into an overdraft, because Plymouth Direct the company who is maker of Be Active been taking $35.99 out of my account twice, plus they sent me some gift cards and gift certificates forcing me to pay into a membership fee, that they in return is withdrawing and additional amount of cash out of my bank account. I never received my knee brace, and I am hurt because this company is taking money out of my account , causing me to pay more draft fees at the bank. Its not fair, please help me. They hurting me and Its not fair I am on social security I only get a certain amount of money a month, I thought this commercial was helping consumers but in reality they are ripping them off. They need to be stopped and be made to put my money back in my account.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund, because it was not fair of them to rip me off like they did, That company is a fake and should stop using fake commercials to advertise a product that might not exisit.
