I have researched this order.   Currently we are in a backorder situation on the deluxe version which is what the customer ordered.   Her card was authorized but never charged.    We cannot charge anyone until the product ships.  We have cancelled order...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do want to add that I do not want the charges to reappear on my bank statement once this is resolved. I contacted the business to cancel the order all together after having been deliberately overcharged for a double order when infact, ordered the single [redacted] at a complete total, shipping included of $19.99. I was charged $49.98 and want to be assured that I will not be charged again, period, given the dishonesty of the transaction. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance.

Hello,The customers order was placed on 1/25/17 for $19.99. Nothing was charger to her card because we are on Backorder. When an  item is back ordered there is an authorization on the customers bank account until the item is shipped. Thanks.

To Whom it May Concern,This customer  placed an order on May 24th.  (Order [redacted]).    The item was shipped out via USPS.   Customer said they did not receive.    We have refunded them $25.90 on 6/16/2015Thank you, [redacted]

We have received the complaint regarding [redacted].     Our customer service department issued a full refund on 1/7/14 of $71.78 and emailed the customer and told him to refuse the shipment.
I did review his claim.   We do state that you are placing...
