I received a Futzuki with bonus insoles on 2/15/17. I returned it on 2/16/17 and you received it on 2/18/17 according to the USPS. I still have not received any credit on my credit card for returning your product that you "guaranteed" would be done if not satisfied. Please live up to your promise!

I returned the Futzuki with bonus footsoles on 2/16/17. According USPS, you received this package on 2/18/17. I still have not received my refund of $21.99 that you "guaranteed" if not satisfied with the product. Please credit my credit card swiftly as you did to charge it!

Review: This company states that they sell leg compression braces for $19.95 + shipping and handling at $7.95, I called to place an order for 1 brace and they refused to give me my total cost, I declined to purchase on the basis that I would not purchase without

knowing how much something cost up front, they then turned in the charges on my bank card for 2 separate purchases, one for $55.89 and one for $35.89, both entered on the same day. I have tried repeatedly to call this company and I get put on hold

and no one ever picks up, eventually I get disconnected.Desired Settlement: I am going to my bank to file fraudulent charges against this company and request my money be returned, this company needs to be investigated for fraudulent service and charging innocent people fraudulent amounts of money

Review: I ordered 2 pair of NightView glasses, and my total was supposed to be $29. Plymouth Direct sent me 6 pairs of glasses and charged $98.65 to my debit card, which resulted in 2 overdraft fees from my bank ($35 each), for a grand total of $168.65. They are supposed to be sending me a return label and refunding the $98.65 when the product is received, but they are refusing to cover the $70 in overdraft fees that I was charged. I spoke to a customer service agent as well as a supervisor, and they will do nothing, even though they acknowledge that it was their fault. I am in the process of filing a claim/dispute with my bank.Desired Settlement: Plymouth has already agreed to refund the original charge of $98.65 once items are returned. I expect them to follow through with this, as well as pay the $70 overdraft fees that incurred due to their mistake.

Review: I was searching for an [redacted] product. I was searching the web. I was apparently on this Plymouth Direct site, but looked like the actual [redacted] website.

Saw the product I liked and started the ordering process. I went through the whole process and got to the last page but decided not to order and closed out the window. I never clicked the CONFIRM ORDER button. THis was on 1/25/14.

On 1/30/14 I noticed a strange temporary hold my credit card. Turns out it was from, what I now know, is PLymouth Direct.

On 1/31/14 I get a notice from Plymouth Direct that my order has shipped and a fed ex tracking number. I also see on my credit card that the transaction has posted.

This I believe is illegal. Should the website have retained my credit card and charged it PRIOR to me clicking confirm? I never received any email notification to alert me that I had a made a purchase. No order number was received. Nothing.

I have seen that there have been other of these exact complaints from this companyDesired Settlement: A refund and some investigation into their practices. THis is wrong.

Review: I ordered 2 bottles of Tag Away and have been applying it to 3 skin tabs. These skin tags are not very large and after applying themproduct as directed for over 8 weeks, I still have these tags and the 1st of the two bottles is practically empty. I am requesting a refund, since the product doesn’t work as claimed in the commercials. I sent the company an email at the same time that I'm filing this complaint. I think it's reasonable to expect some sort of reply within a week. Review: My wife suffers from sciatic nerve pain and when I saw their brace advertised on TV we both thought it might help so we ordered it.

Immediately, my debt card was charged but no delivery email containing a date has been received.

It's been over 3 weeks and after many phone calls and emails, I still have not received the product or an explination why not.Desired Settlement: Along with the oproduct and explination and apology is in order.

Review: I called on 09/08/2014 to place an order for a leg brace for sciatica that the company advertised on TV.

I provided my billing information and then was directed to a series of offers that I did not want but at the end of the list, the computer voice indicated more products on my list than I ordered. I called customer service and I was informrd the computers were down and to call back tomorrow. Nothing could be done on 09/08/2014.

No one could help me.

I do not want any of the products that are on the list provided by the computer voice. I was told by the customer service representative that I would have to pay for the products ordered. The represenative did not understand that I did not confirm the orders.

I do not want my credit card charged for any of the items listed and I want to cancel the leg brace order.Desired Settlement: I want all orders cancelled and no charges made to my credit card.
