It seems as though you have excepted their explanation as settled I think if you force a customer to pay for P&H on a second one they do not want that charging the extra P&H should be illegal Sorry, but that is MY money and I did not want a second one Their feed back is very negative
I did get my money back, but only because they did not have the product on hand to ship out as they order product as they get an order
It's better to deal with a Brick and Mortar store
