I had no debts with my previous banking institution. How long does it typically take for the refund to "reject"? Once that happens how long does it take to process the refund via check? The complainant’s account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 9/28/2015 was refunded, $78.35 on 10/5/2015 to the MasterCard ending in 7571.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account from the date that it was processed. No other orders were completed on this account.
Please provide substantiation of the overdraft fees and that they were accumulated directly from Plexus Worldwide charges.

Preferred Customer Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Plexus, you have between 15 — 60 days from receipt of the product to contact Customer Service for a return authorization. You will need to return any unused product along with its original packaging to Plexus prior to a refund being issued for your product purchase, less shipping & handling. You may request a refund or cancel your auto-order 15 days after receiving your initial order. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 1/27/2015 to request that order 81428736 and future monthly auto shipments be canceled. We apologize for the delay. auto-shipment was not set to process on 11/7/2015 but on 11/6/2015. Please the

department must be contacted one day before
the date of process to be able to stop or alter any auto-shipment order. In
this case the complainant would have had to have contacted or turned off their
auto order by 11/5/2015. This is because Auto-orders load into our systems at
12:00 am the day they are set to process.Plexus preferred customers have access to their accounts online
to manage their auto-shipments. The complainant registered their online account
and turned off monthly shipment on 11/6/2015. (Attached screenshot) However as previously
stated auto-shipments must be canceled or altered the day before they are set
to process. The complainant may refuse/return to sender the package that
is being delivered today (9400110899624040187784) for a refund of $107.84. Once
the package is returned the refund can be processed. If you should need
anything further please let us know.

I never received a $17.14 commission check and I only ordered 2xs not 5 - three of those orders were backorders and refused which includes the August order.

The complainant emailed our customer service on 3/18/2016 to inform and request assistance with their miss-shipped order [redacted] placed 3/13/2016.
A replacement order [redacted] has been created to replace the missing two Plexus Accelerator+ and UPS overnighted with the tracking number, [redacted].
