This is the THE most worthless company on the face of the earth.    So they claim to have refunded my money?   They claim to have shipped it?   And they have never contacted ME?    I don't trust this worthless company any more than I would trust someone who tells me they're shipping me the Brooklyn Bridge.
If a company is 100% unresponsive, 100% unprofessional and 100% unapologetic - I SHOULD BELIEVE THIS abrupt, unprofessional email?   They already told me it would be shipped 3-5 days (from my order) from the order date of 10/29/15.    It's 12/12/15.
I have tried to contact this worthless company SO MANY TIMES - their call center says to email and HANGS UP ON YOU.   Any emails I've sent have NEVER BEEN RESPONDED TO. 
I don't believe them.  The order has been shipped?  It is NOT on my door step.    They have NOT refunded the money.
A horrible, horrible unprofessional dreadful company.

Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/10/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/10/2015 has been refunded, $97.95. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/10/2016 has been refunded, $112.37. Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return these orders at this time. We apologize for the delay. that the complainants’ credit card was used fraudulently a refund was issued on 7/18/2016 in the amount of $509.96. My Plexus experience has been a nightmare. My first order that took WEEKS to be delivered, but they sure as heck took my money immediately. Now, I did receive it and then a really nice note from the President giving me a percentage off, THAT WAS EXTENDED TO EVERY CUSTOMER!
Last month, I went in to my auto-ship to change my order. I wanted to try a different product. NEVER SHIPPED. NOTHING.
Until of course this month, they charge my bank account, it ships, will take days to get here and so I cancel and will Return it to Sender. BUT, my refund will take 3-5 business days AFTER they receive the returned product. SO I'M OUT $150 FOR 7-10 DAYS, OR MORE.
Plexus, I'm one unhappy person - and will make sure everyone I come in contact that wants to take it, knows.

Per this policy the complainant’s orders will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. Returning the unused/original packaging of the orders will not be necessary that this time.

Ambassador Account [redacted] has been closed. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 3/18/2016 to inform of their intent to return their order 82247064. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/18/2016 will be refunded, $160.04. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to be processed back to the original payment method and these funds reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. Plexus Worldwide Ambassadors are paid after the first 100 PV and an auto shipment must be current until the end of the month. The complaint’s Ambassador Account created 219.95 PV in the month of March 2016. 219.95 – 100 = 119.95 x 15% = $17.99. However please see the attached image “AS Canceled 3-30-2016.” The complainant canceled their auto shipment before the end of the month and commissions had finalized. Therefore no commissions for the month of March were calculated. Please let me know if you need anything further.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  HOWEVER:  the information they recently sent to your firm vs what was sent to me is much different.  Plexus is informing me that $105 will be refunded and telling Revdex.com that $124.95 x 2 will be refunded which is what is actually owed to me!Also note they are stating the 1st time they were contacted was 11-20-15, in which is incorrect.  I have email's dated 10-27-15 at 6:06pm, 11-12-15 2:06pm, 11-13-15 11:03pm, 11-19-15 12:15pm which I will be glad to share with the Revdex.com if needed.
