register their Ambassadors accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to Ambassador monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at [redacted] by first registering and then logging in to the Ambassador’s account. The complainant’s Ambassador Account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 2/22/2016 to request that their account be closed. Any orders that processed after this date will be refunded in full. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/25/2016 will be refunded, $113.95. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/25/2016 will be refunded, $113.95. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be processed and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. We apologize for the delay. Please let me know if you need anything further.

To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to submit a second response to this complaint. We apologize for any confusion. Please see the attached. We were not able to refund the complainant’s Order [redacted], $145.07 due to the charge back the complainant filed with their banking institution. The charge the reversed on 1/19/2016 due to this charge back the complainant filed. We are not also able to process a refund because the funds were already given back to the banking institution. If the complainant has any further questions about the $145.07 that was replaced to the [redacted]Card ending in [redacted] on 1/19/2016 we advise they contact their banking institution they filed the charge back with. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 11/28/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled and the 11/28/2015 order be returned. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/28/2015 has been refunded, $31.75. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/27/2015 has been refunded, $33.04. Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return these orders at this time. We apologize for the delay. If the complainant would like to be refunded for any further orders like provide substantiation of request to cancel the account and/or auto-shipment at a date prior than a previous order. we confirmed that their order from 12/25/2015 (order #[redacted]) was refunded on 1/11/2016 at 12:26:43 PM in the amount of $121.66. Additionally we have confirmed that the complainant’s annual membership fee (order #[redacted]) was refunded on 7/18/2016 at 9:30:11 am in the amount of $34.95. (Please see attachment) Please allow 3-5 days for the $34.95 refunds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. Please also be aware that refunds will be displayed separately as the original order was refunded in January. The complainant’s accounts have been closed. The monthly auto shipment on the complainant’s preferred customer account has been canceled. I believe there may have been further confusion due to the complainant having two accounts with Plexus Worldwide.
The complainant created an Ambassador account ([redacted]) 7/5/2015 and also a preferred customer account ([redacted]) on 7/5/2015.
The complainant submitted our form to cancel Ambassador Account to our customer service department however the ambassador account does not have any current orders.
The complainant’s preferred customer account did have a current auto-shipment and current orders.
The complainant’s disputed amount, order [redacted] dated 1/5/201 has been refunded, $139.32.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.

shipments. The customer’s account number 1192001 has never had an auto shipment
