to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to
preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at
plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer
account. The complainant contacted our customer service department by
email on 11/16/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/24/2015 has been refunded,
$85.75.Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect
back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the orders at this time. We

Canceling and making adjustments to Preferred Customer monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the Preferred Customer’s account.
The Complainant’s Preferred Customers account has been closed and monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/25/2015 will be refunded, $37.18.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 10/25/2015 will be refunded, $45.03.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these refunds to be processed back to the original payment methods and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.

The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/23/2015 to request that their account be canceled. Thank you for returning your unwanted orders.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/21/2015 has been refunded, $139.21.

We must refund to the original payment method a card ending in [redacted]. Please contact this banking institution to advise them of the coming refund. If you have closed this account but are still with the same banking institution they transfer the refund to your new account. If you have left this banking institution entirely they will sent us back a rejection notice for the refund after settling any debits left on the account. Or they may choose to contact you to settle the refund.
Once we receive a rejection notice for the submitted refund we may then submit you a printed check or electronically deposit the funds in to another account.

The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 3/8/2016 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled and the account be closed. Any orders that processed after this date will be refunded in full. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/26/2016 will be refunded, $114.00. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be processed and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. Revdex.com:I agree that the business did request additional documentation from me, however, I was given less than 24 hours to respond to the request before they sent their response to the Revdex.com stating that I had not replied to them.I agree that as long as the refund is received and the account canceled, that I will consider this complaint resolved.I do find it strange that I can wait on hold for 40 minutes to speak with Plexus Customer service, yet the minute I file a complaint with the Revdex.com, they are all of a sudden attentive to me. Funny how that works.

Policies andProcedures the complainant agreed upon when signing up to begin her business withus. Below is the section in the Policies and Procedures where this informationis stated. 1. The Ambassador expressly authorizes the Companyto collect the annual renewal and materials fee using any payment method available,including charging any credit card on file for the Ambassador or withholdingfrom Commissions. Without the account being cancelled the Annual fee was collected. In order to cancel the account we do require the form with a written signature. This is a business venture and not a customer account and with that there are added security measures for the protection of our Ambassadors. We sent an email, by request, to the complainant to cancel her account. We have sent this form on both 10/22/2014 and 1/16/2015. We have not received the completed form back. We would have originally mailed the cancellation form had we known there was an issue with printing the form. I have requested a cancellation form be mailed to the complainant for her convenience to fill out and mail back to us. As soon as we have received the completed form we will terminate her account and refund the Annual fee. and the complainant also contacted our customer service on 11/12/2015 by email
to inform of their intent to return the product. Please include your RMA

The mentioned RMA # [redacted] for $145.71 was not able to be processed due to the order [redacted] already being refunded in full $149.76 on 10/27/2015.

manner just as soon as the Ambassador provides us with the correct information. I have attached the form we need completed. This form had been sent in previously however the information did not match what was provided at the time the account was created. Due to the Ambassador signing up using her business we need the last four digits of her EIN number provided in order to verify identification. We do this for the protection of our Ambassadors. When the form is received back with the corrected information we will gladly cancel her account and refund the annual web hosting fee.
