complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit [redacted]m to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at [redacted] by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 2/23/2016 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. Any orders that processed after this date will be refunded in full.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/22/2016 has been canceled and refunded, $78.93.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.

Policies and Procedures on 3/30/2015. The complainant’s Order [redacted] is within the Ambassador return policy. Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition. -[redacted] Order [redacted] was delivered 3/14/2016 and the complainant contacted our customer service by email 3-15-2016 to request return instructions. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/26/2016 has been refunded, $117.87. This amount is minus the original shipping cost of $4.05 per our return policy. However it is not necessary to return the order in new and resalable condition at this time. We apologize for the delays. Although the company did admit THEIR error and refund the cost of the product itself I never elected a "preferred customer option" enabling a direct debit on my account. I did not place the order and the company are refusing to refund the shipping they charged me for an order I DID NOT place. I have sent them further emails showing them examples of where they have refunded the shipping costs they have charged to customers in my situation however they are continuously claiming this is not their policy. They have since stopped responding to my emails.

I was unaware of how or why this other account was created and had no knowledge of this prior to their email. As long as there are no further packages or charges on my account I consider this issue resolved. It's a shame this had to come to a report to your organization. I hope plexus will consider improving their communication with members in the future.

-We do not issue manual checks that are...
handwritten.
-We do not recognize the signature on the check - it is not the signature of an authorized signer on our business account.
-There is no check number on the check images we received. Serial numbers are a required check feature.
-The placement of our logo and company name and information does not correspond to where that information is included in our
company check stock.

Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. The complainant’s order #[redacted], dated 7/9/2016 was a welcome pack. This order included their $34.95 signup fee and the following products at a discounted price: 1 Triplex combo pack, 1 bottle of X Factor Vitamins, and 1 bottle of Plexus Edge.The complainant’s 2nd order #[redacted], dated 8/18/2016, contained 1 Triplex combo pack, 1 bottle of X Factor Vitamins, and 1 bottle of Plexus Edge. After a review of the complainant’s Ambassador Account we were able to determine that compliant did not request a product refund until 9/15/2016. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund to complainant as their request was outside of the Ambassador allotted 5 day time frame. Should the complainant have any documentation to show they contacted Plexus Worldwide or our customer service department within 5 days of receiving their most recent order we would be happy to reevaluate this request.
