products and their associated claims can be scientifically substantiated, and
are in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
Although Plexus Independent Ambassadors are generally
free to operate their businesses as they see fit, they too are expected to do
so in a manner that complies with all state and federal regulations, as well as
comply with all of Plexus’ terms, conditions, policies and procedures
Under no circumstances may an Ambassador prescribe any
Product as suitable for a particular ailmentNo claims may be made as to
therapeutic or curative properties of any Product offered by the Company
The
only claims and representations Ambassador may make regarding Products are
those found in the literature distributed by the Company, or claims found on
Official Company WebsitesAny third-party material used for Ambassador
Business must comply with all federal and local laws and regulationsAn
Ambassador may not make any express or implied health or medical claims of any
kind relating to any Product except for those claims, if any, that are
published in Company literature approved for the country in which the claims
are presented
Violation
of Plexus’ policies, such as making unsubstantiated claims, will result in but
is not limited to termination of Ambassadorship and/or forfeiture of
commissions

Ambassadors’ customer (direct transaction): If a customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from you, you have up to days to collect their unused product and or original packaging, full name, phone number, email and contact customer service for authorizationOnce this is done, send the four collected items to PlexusPlexus will issue replacement product for return product submitted Our return policies are also viewable at http://plexusworldwide.com/products/guarantee
The complainant will be shipped replacement product for the return product submitted and refunded to their direct customer

To Whom It May Concern,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I have reviewed the complainants account with our companyThe complainant became an Ambassador (distributor) with us on 02/28/At the time of sithe complainant agreed to the
Policies and Procedures all of our Ambassadors follow.I have copied the section of the Policies and Procedures pertaining to the Ambassador return policy below for reference.Section 6.L- Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus customer service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in re-sellable conditionA refund will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.The Ambassador had complete access to turn off her Auto Qualification (automatic order set up to insure ambassador if qualified to earn commissions) at any time through her online accessThe request made to our Ambassador Relations Center to cancel the ambassador’s account was made after the March order had shipped and with no indication of returning the March orderThe request for a refund on all products was made outside of the Ambassador return policyIt is our responsibility to adhere to these Policiesand Procedures therefore, I am unable to grant the complainants request to refund the order outside of policy.I have attached a copy of our Ambassador Cancellation Form.
