Since I've taken these products in July I have no more migraines after suffering with them for over years

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintWhile I sympathize with the concerns of our Ambassador in regard to the privacy of customers, evidence of all sales is required upon requestBefore becoming an Ambassador all applicants must agree to our Policies and ProceduresIncluded
in these is a Seventy Percent RuleI have copied that portion of our policies and procedures below.Seventy Percent RuleAn Ambassador certifies with each new Product order that he or she has sold or consumed at least 70% of all Product purchased in prior ordersEach Ambassador that receives Commissions and orders additional Product agrees to retain documentation that demonstrates compliance with this policy, including evidence of Retail Sales, for a period of at least four (4) yearsAn Ambassador agrees to make this documentation available to the Company at the Company’s requestFailure to comply with this requirement or falsely representing the amount of product sold or consumed in order to advance in the Compensation Plan constitute a breach of the Contract and is grounds for terminationFurthermore, a breach of this requirement entitles the Company to recover any Commissions paid to the Ambassador for any period of time during which such documentation is not maintained or for which this provision has been breached(Plexus Worldwide Policies and Procedures, p.19, Section 6, Article I)Without providing the evidence of sales the Ambassador is failing to comply with this requirementUnfortunately, this is a requirement and an exception could not be made.If you need anything further please let know.Thank You,Plexus Worldwide, Inc

Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit *** to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipmentsCanceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at *** by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 11/30/to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled and also inquired about returning products
The complainant’s order *** dated 10/27/has been refunded, $ The complainant’s order *** dated 11/27/has been refunded, $ The complainant’s order *** dated 12/27/has been refunded, $ Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account
It is not necessary to return the order at this timeWe apologize for the delay

My credit card is not showing a credit from 01-05-at close of business, today, 01-07-14. Credits usually show online in hours. When I actually see the refund posted, I will then consider this closed and not until that time. It is very sad it took this action on my part to get this accomplished, if it indeed has been completed.

Ordered products, only received one in the mailWas charged $Have called and emailed them multiple times only to be told that they cannot give me a refund unless I return the products I ordered within days of receiving themHow can you return something you did not receive? That made the Customer Service Representative laugh, and she literally told me she was unable to help me
I actually do like the products, but how can I recommend them to anyone when this happened to me? They took my money, but failed to deliver what I ordered
I was told I'd have to place another order in the meantime while they resolve my issueThey must be crazy to think I'd actually give them more of my money in the meantime
Worst customer service experience I've encountered

Do not order from Plexus companyI tried the plexus slim once and had severe diahhrea for a weekI have been trying to contact them for my refund and have been placed on hold for a lengthy timeI left an email two weeks ago, with no responseAll I want is my refundDo not try this productDo your research firstI will share my experience on *** and the internet until I receive my refund!!!! Thank you for the opportunity to provide an additional response to this complaint. As previously stated, we are unable to honor Ms***' request to be treated as a consumer, as she signed up to be a distributor, agreeing to all Policies and Procedures on 2/11/2014. In regard to her complaint:
- The Day Money Back Guarantee highlighted on our packaging is for Customers (as outlined in the Policies and Procedures)
- The Return and Refund policy is clearly stated in aforementioned Policies and Procedures
- Section 6, Article L, Line Item pertains to the Ambassador Return Policy, Line Items & pertain to the Customer Return Policy, where the Day Money Back Guarantee applies
Upon further review of her account, I do see that she never put a stop to her automatic monthly order (something she chose upon sign up), the most recent order processed on 3/27/2014. I have refunded this order (as if falls within policy) and turned off her automatic monthly order. Again, if Ms*** wishes to cancel her Distributorship, please have her contact Ambassador Relations at *** *** or email *** to request a cancellation form
