I tried plexus on the referral of a friend who sold the product and I was told it would help in several of my health/weight concerns I tried plexus for months and then the nightmare begani tried canceling my agreement by phone which I could never reach anyone, so I followed the directions and tried to cancel by email the following month I was billed again so I returned the product and again tried calling and emailing, I received and email saying I had to have an approval to return products To make a long story short I have been billed for additional months, without product, I cannot get through on the phone, I can not get anyone to answer anymore emails, I was told I would be refunded for all products but now I am told only because time period has gone past refund for 1, that was weeks ago and still no refunds stay away from this company

To Whom It May Concern,Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaintI have carefully reviewed the complainants account.The complainant became an Ambassador (distributor) with our company on 03/15/At the time of sign-upthe complainant agreed to our Policies and
ProceduresIncluded in these is the information regarding the collectionof the annual feeI have copied that section below:The Ambassador expressly authorizes the Company to collect the annual renewal and materials fee using any payment methodavailable, including charging any credit card on file for the Ambassador or withholding from Commissions.Due to this agreement the fee was deducted from the complainant's account on 3/15/For the protection of our Ambassadors,we do require a form with a written signature in order to cancel our business association with our Ambassadors. I apologize for the delay in processing the cancellation formThese are processed in the order in which they are receivedI was able to locate the complainant's form and move it to the front of the lineThe cancellation was processed today as well as the refund for the annual fee.I hope this meets the satisfaction of the complainantIf you should need anything further, please let me know.Thank you

Worldwide’s return policies can be viewed at http://plexusworldwide.com/products/guarantee(please see the attached)The ambassador return policy is also in the ambassador policies and procedures that the complainant agreed to on 7/7/through the online sign up process.
Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in resalable conditionA refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition
The complainant’s order #***, dated 7/9/was a welcome packThis order included their $signup fee and the following products at a discounted price: Triplex combo pack, bottle of X Factor Vitamins, and bottle of Plexus EdgeThe complainant’s 2nd order #***, dated 8/18/2016, contained Triplex combo pack, bottle of X Factor Vitamins, and bottle of Plexus Edge
After a review of the complainant’s Ambassador Account we were able to determine that compliant did not request a product refund until 9/15/
Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund to complainant as their request was outside of the Ambassador allotted day time frame
Should the complainant have any documentation to show they contacted Plexus Worldwide or our customer service department within days of receiving their most recent order we would be happy to reevaluate this request
If the compliant feels they were misled by their Plexus Sponsor they may provide any documentation of unethical activity to [email protected]
